I needed to replace our central vacuum. Found the service to be excellent, and with the guidance of the extremely knowledgable staff, I was able to replaced it in four hours. In addition, the price for was completely outstanding. No other retail store had such a good price. Overall a 10 our of 10 experience. Thanks Eric
