We use tempasure for all home appliance maintenance ... including furnaces, A/C and tankless water heater every year. As usual they have on time, polite, friendly technicians who are happy to explain what they are doing, what they find and do not upsell. ... I ask a lot of questions and have gotten some advice of things to do to improve access etc. ... The only thing - and it is probably more a bother for them than me - no online payment system I can find that works for me - so can be telephone tag to get the invoice paid after the service.

2 furnaces serviced fast, very competent - and free followup when I had issue - they offer price before the come so no suprises. They can also do other appliances like A/C, water heater (had tankless flush done also - same great service)

We needed to move our keyless front door lock to new apt and move back door deadbolt to front door where keyless unit was. So 3 key units removed/installed including adding a deadbolt to a steel door which had no previous place for one. All done perfectly, stress free - as usual. We have now had 4 service events with Tom @ Victory Locks ... All problems are always (calmly) solved, and = incredibly - at lower cost than other quotes we ever got! Call Tom at victory Locks and thank me after !

Carmine and his team at Little Brothers do extremely high quality work.They helped us with buyers discount for the tiles we wanted, they did kitchen backsplash end to end job - perfect - we check with them for every home reno job.

Tom is one of the nicest and most competent service people I have ever dealt with. Always a please. We cannot recommend him too highly. Use him! He goes way beyond what is needed to do the best service and has - more than once - ended up providing extra help.

We wanted to have an ancient chimney removed from our house from outside the roof, right down through the attic, 2 floors and the basement. Because the chimney was holding split joists, they needed to be supported by steel posts. Drywall had to be cut out on all floors. Otto analyzed the situation, gave us advice and quickly had his crew - all very polite and friendly - quickly remove the chimney with minimal impact to the rest f the house. Every estimate is in writing, receipts provided immediately and work done fast, professionally, as promised. Clean-up was perfect. Otto is always available by phone and will site visit any time needed. HIGHLY recommended!
