We reached out to VELD after seeing some of their work on social media. They are meticulous in their work and they seemed fun. We also love to support local, and their commitment to social equality was the cherry on top. The crew showed up 15 minutes early on day one and continued to exceed our expectations from then on. The crew is amazing- definitely the secret sauce in the companys success. Theyre all so friendly and helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to be here. The scope of our work was pretty big- this is a once in a lifetime project for us. We loved our property but the hardscaping had aged and prevented us from enjoying the property to its fullest. Our project included replacing our front walkway and capping our covered porch in pavers. It looks amazing and we get so many compliments on the added curb appeal. In our backyard, VELD added a large patio and finished two basement window wells with pavers. We also had VELD design and install a pathway to connect our two patios and added with raised garden. We also had our pool surround and coping replaced and it looks INCREDIBLE. A raised patio to replace an old wooden deck completed our vision. Our project was extensive and was objectively a lot of money. It was worth. Every.penny. Now to some comments on the crew. Jen was wonderful to deal with re: invoicing/billing and worked with us to ensure there were no surprises. Steve is an incredible leader- he was onsite at all times, and didnt shy away from doing the heavy work alongside his crew. His pride for his work is clear to anyone who observes it. We shared a vision for the project and he absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. Dora was amazing with our pool lines and lighting and was right in there with laying patio stones. She made thoughtful suggestions to make our property look like a resort. Dylan was an absolute grinder, was consistently the first on site, and was super calm at all times. Russ and Connor did a lot of the heavy lifting. There was a lot of heavy lifting! Adam was delightful and has such an amazing talent for his craft. We truly felt each crew member took personal accountability for the outcome of their work. They all voiced they were so happy with how it turned out. It felt like a team effort in the very best way. I could go on and on about how wonderful VELD was to work with. But dont take my word for it, look at their work, speak with them about your dream project- and find out for yourself. A+++ and heartily recommend.

From my first call to Frank, to the measurement appointment with Josh, to install I could not be happier. Not only was it EXACTLY what we were looking for and PERFECTLY installed, the price was exactly right. Lower price than other quotes we had received from "Glass" companies and super prompt service- they even called to move the install date ahead by a week. Awesome. These guys are the real deal! Can't wait to use them again when we do our master shower enclosure next year. Thank you!

Loved working with Lela and her team to install beautiful granite countertops in our kitchen and bathroom. Lela is a lovely, honest, hardworking lady you can tell is very passionate about her work. Installers are great, too.

NYE our water heater leaked water- one quick call to Reliance and we had Wes C. out within a couple of hours. New water heater installed (free with our rental program) and upgraded gas vent for $180. He was personable, kind, efficient, and funny. He is a true asset to your company. Thank you

Had wood california shutters installed in living room and eat-in kitchen. Windows are 7 feet tall and approximately 35 feet in length + custom shutter on door. We went with the 3.5 inch plantation shutter to preserve our backyard view. Was anticipating a significantly higher quote and was thrilled with this price for quality wood shutters. They have been install for 8 weeks and they are amazing and we love them. Great warranty and workmanship and installed faster than quoted. Thank you so much for the superb work!
