I contacted Pest Detective to report carpenter ant activity in my home. I contacted North Shore Pest Detective and left a message for a technician, who contacted me in a very short period of time. An appointment was arranged and the technician arrived punctually, presented himself professionally, investigated the situation and then explained it to me (in terms that I could understand) how the problem could be treated. He provided me with options for treatment and the advantage of one option over another. Once we decided upon which treatment I would pursue, he booked an appointment. On that date, he and another fellow arrived several minutes early. Lyle, the original technician, introduced me to his co-worker, explained the treatment procedure to me again, told me how long the process would take and went to work. The work was done in precisely the way it was described to me and in exactly the time frame I was told that it would be. I was very impressed with Lyle's professionalism and would highly recommend these people.

Rob was apologetic about being a few minutes late. But he was organized and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

We had a mouse incident in our basement suite and when I called, they were able to come very quickly, and were really professional and friendly. They did the follow up in 2 weeks, and the problem has been completely eradicated. I couldn't be happier with the result, (because yuk) and the terrific service and the recommendations to prevent a recurrence. Would definitely use them again, but hope I never have to.
