We have used Solutions Electrical in the past. We called them this time to install a forced-air heater in the wall of a downstairs bathroom, This required a dedicated circuit. They also installed surge protectors. We would not have used them again if we were not completely satisfied with their previous work. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!

Required a dedicated line for a recent electric fireplace install. I called Solutions Electrical and the entire experience was great. The team quickly booked an appointment and even followed up with a call prior to the service person arriving at my home with an ETA for arrival. Joe the electrician was professional and polite and completed a flawless job. Minimal damage to the basement ceiling which is a drywall finish. I know who I will be calling on my next project for my electrical needs! Thanks Solutions Electrical.

We bought an older home and it had some knob and tube wiring that we knew would need to be replaced when we took ownership. When we had the initial inspection with Tony from Solutions, we uncovered a lot of very unsafe wiring in other areas of the house as well. We contracted with them to replace all of the unsafe wiring (most of the house), switches, electrical panel and install new fixtures, pot lights, telephone and cable outlets. We are very happy with the result. It is lovely to see people who genuinely care about the quality of their work and wanted to get the job done right. Jason and his team did a wonderful job. They were very professional, courteous and lovely to work with. They were flexible when a few surprises were encountered along the way and we had to change plans midstream. They still delivered the project on time and on budget. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a job done right-whether its big or small. Also worth noting is that a couple of months after the work was completed we had trouble with a pot light that they had installed. The very next day after we let them know-they happily and quickly replaced it for us :)

We recently engaged Solutions Electrical to install 13 pot-lights in the main floor of our bungalow as well as installing several new outlets. Getting someone to take on a job this small seemed like a challenge. I tried several companies and was dissatisfied with their methods, costs, attitude to my small house. Solutions Electrical provided a quote, explaining all the steps necessary (including a permit, which no other contractor told me about) as well as what conditions would make the quote go up or down. They seemed very knowledgeable and I decided to go with them. They arrived on time (early actually) on the day they were scheduled. The electricians were pleasant, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my furnishings while working. They had to work in a tiny attic, feed wire through finished walls and they did an amazing job with little damage. I am so happy to have found them and recommend them highly. In fact, I am already spreading the word around to anyone who will listen! Thank you Solutions Electrical!

A quick note to say I found dealing with your organization very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. As an out of town homeowner getting reliable services and managing them at a distance is sometimes a challenge. Working with you, Frank and the team was a breath of fresh air.

Had my basement rewired and was very happy with the work and how professional they where. They showed up on time every day and would use them again which I will.

I had an outlet in a bathroom that was not working. I called Solutions and they sent someone that day.....he was very nice and not only fixed the outlet but put back up the light fixture and tightened two others for me. Excellent service! Thanks.

My daughter's bathroom was wired under a rewiring permit for our home 5 years previous because we had knob and tube wiring. There were so many problems because the contractor that we had originally hired never paid the subtrades and we ended up in dispute, and the electrical that had been done by the sub-contractor didn't pass code. Life is not easy after that bc trades come into your home and immediately their guard is up. We were able to find another elecrician to finish the electrical, an older semi-retired electrician, and all the permit work passed! Finally! I needed to finish the rooms that had been started and no one had been able to hook-up the doorbells that we had from the beginning - 5 years ago. My neighbour had a chandelier installed when they moved in and I saw Joe and the truck name and wrote it down. I contacted Solutions Electric and discovered that they were Mike Holmes go to electrical company. I had dealt with some other Mike Holmes trades and was happy with them, so I decided to go ahead. They bathroom that was started 5 years earlier was done and just needed the plugs and switches installed and the chandelier hung. They came in and got that done, along with the doorbells. There were some minor glitches while they "fixed" the old front door button bc it didn't work properly. I wasn't even home at the time but Joe returned and reinstalled the button with my weekly housekeeper being present. The best kind of contractors are the ones that I don't have to babysit and watch as this allows me to work and earn the money that helps pay for the work that they do themselves. It's a win-win situation. Thanks Joe for being meticulous in your work, and easy-going at the same time. Cheers to a great company! We had them back yesterday to finish up the work above that I had dropped the ball on and thought that it was done. I called bc I had workers there that were supposed to drywall the space - didn't happen - but not bc Solutions Electric didn't come quickly to help me out of an oversight that I had thought the 3rd floor bathroom electrical had been completed. Grateful for a fast and diligent response!! Thanks ~

This is the 3rd time that Solutions has provided electrical work in our home. We had them perform a Test and Troubleshoot in December and it was determined that we had knob and tube wiring, ungrounded outlets and aluminum wiring. Tony recommended and gave us a quote for a complete house rewire. Mike and Joe spent 13 days providing us with all new wiring, outlets, switches and light fixture boxes. They were fantastic and there were a lot less holes and damage to patch than I was expecting. They were most helpful with suggestions on where we could have additional plugs and lighting. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work as well as Mike and Joe. Our house is now ESA certified with all new wiring and we feel a lot safer now. I was pleased to finally meet Joe after all these years watching him on the Mike Holmes shows. He is really a pro. Needless to say if I ever need any electrical work done in the future you know who I'm going to call.

I live in an older home, and there were lots of issues with various plugs throughout. I would't use some of the plugs for fear of starting a fire. The guys came in, mapped the whole house and fixed all of our issues and then they sat with me and explained how the whole house was mapped etc. Jason and Joe were very professional and pleasant and I would recommend them and Solutions Electrical for any electrical job. I now have peace of mind knowing my house is safe.
