    Repairs to Main Electricial shutoff

    We lost power after the ice storm, and Frank rerouted one of their trucks to help me out. All of his crews had worked over (and since!) Christmas to get people back with power, but they still came within a few hours of my call. Got me fixed right away. They also pointed out some things that could be improved (some time later on), but ZERO pressure, and they'll follow up in the spring. Nice to have good guys to do a decent job, and lend their expertise to show me what I wouldn't know to look at. Frank, thanks to you and your crew for helping me out, and for helping to keep other people powered up when Mother Nature was working against us!

    Full rewiring of house

    ESA demanded a full rewiring. We were very unhappy. We called 3 different elect contractors from home stars. Tony of Solutions Elecrical was the only one to reply. The work was esxcellent. The workers professional, Neat, competent, and completed on time.

    Panel Change and Testing

    Frank and his crew are amazing. I bought a house and had them come in to do a panel change, put in a surge protector and test my electrical system. The crew were very professional and kept me advised of everything that was going on. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I would recommend them for anyone to use for electrical problems.

    Mast Replacement

    In the aftermath of the recent ice storm we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire Solutions team. The dispatch team was so helpful and responsive, we felt that we were being taken care of and that you genuinely wanted to help us. You got your team to our house promptly and gave me an answer equally promptly and you were right upfront about what it would cost. Frank was so helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how it would work. Joe was so professional in both his timing (he arrived early), his speed and efficiency and in the work that he performed. There are very few companies that show your level of professionalism even when things are normal. The fact that your whole team was top-notch, and highly responsive even in the middle of a utility crisis is almost beyond belief.

    Electrical

    This is the second time I've hired Solutions to do some work for me. The first time was to rewire the house. This time it was for smaller jobs; replace track lighting with pot lights, move a dryer and fix a bathroom fan. The guys were pleasant, willing to take on whatever odd job I had for them, and I'd call Solutions again in a heartbeat. Big job or small, you can't go wrong with this company. They're worth every penny.

    Electrical

    We are a property management company and we have been using Solutions Electric for all our properties for about one year. We find them to be very efficient and helpful; communication is fantastic and they arrive promptly. Solutions are a reputable and honest company and we would highly recommend them.

    electrical work

    Solutions Electrical came to my Rescue after the ice storm . They made my home electrically safe for myself and family .The service was amazing .I recommend solutions electrical to everyone . They will be the only company I call in the future.

    Electrical- Mast rebuild

    The last ice storm knocked our mast right off the house! Our neighbour (in the same situation) recomended that I call Solutions Electrical. They came out ahead of schedule and made it possible to be back on the grid. You guys are the BEST! I'm recomending you to all of my friends and collegues. Happy New Years and thanks again!

    Electrical

    Thanks to Solutions Electrical I have hot water for Christmas, much appreciated gentlemen. After the storm my electrical panel needed work and they came on Christmas Eve and fixed the problem.

    Light fixture installation

    After a bad experience with scheduling of another lighting team found on Homestars I went with Solutions Electrical and was able to get an appointment at a convenient time. Although they were delayed on the day of service, it was due to situations out of their control (weather) and they were very good about updating me on when they would actually arrive. Once here, Joe was extremely personable, efficient, and skilled. He was able to move and rewire the junction box over in my condo with no visible drywall damage (I was warned there would be drywall damage), put up with picky requests to alter the lighting configuration, and even offer solutions to optimize its appearance. They were excellent, and would recommend them highly!
