    New Outlet & AC problems

    I contacted Solutions Electric for the first time when we moved to our new home to add a new outlet and again when our AC was not functioning due to an electric panel issue. Both times the team arrived on time; they were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As someone with limited electric knowledge I really appreciated that their service providers took the time to explain what they will do and I was very satisfied with their services. I will definitely keep them as a contact for any future electric needs.

    Troubleshoot & New Panel

    I contacted only one company, the most professional, reliable and trusworthy company, the service received was more than expected. A detailed report with solutions was provided and no pressure what so ever to fix all or any. Safety was my prioity and we were on the same page, the whole job was conduted with the utmost professionalism and the crew headed by Jason are a credit to the comany. Jason was amazing and always made himself available for questions and the kids and their questions. The additional crew of Eric, Dave and Cory were all professional and friendly and a credit to the company. They are my go to comany for everything electrical and I would not hesitate to recommed them.

    Air conditioning electrical work

    This is the second time I have called Solutions for electrical work on our house. Once again I was amazed by the professional manner and quality of work. I am adding air conditioning to our home and needed 2 separate circuits and breakers run for the condenser and air handler. They completed the work in a short amount of time. It's simply a pleasure to do business with Solutions.

    Kitchen Reno & Porch Light Install

    I purchased an older house with (what I thought) was a roughed-in basement kitchen. I called up Solutions Electrical to have them finish the job for me. They arrived the next day and discovered serious problems with what was "roughed in" by the previous owners. They were able to correct the problems with minimal disturbance to the existing drywall. They arrived on time, were extremely efficient, courteous and took the time to walk me through everything they were doing. This is my second time working with the friendly people at Solutions Electrical and I have complete confidence in their work and would recommend them for any electrical job you need. Their attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge of their trade is a rare find.

    New Panel, Data/Video/Phone wiring, electrical re-wiring

    We brought in solutions to install a new electrical panel, move a few light fixtures and switches, and install phone/data/tv outlets in our home. Almost immediately, they found deficiencies that ranged from code violations to outright threats to our lives. The final tally included over 15 hidden junction boxes, overloaded circuits, live wires including a live unshielded wire in the fireplace enclosure. Jason and his team fixed all of these as they went along. Their original schedule more than doubled, but they were very accommodating and worked with us to deliver almost two continuous weeks of work. Their installation and wiring were flawless, and they went to great effort to minimize damage to the home (given all the bad wiring in the house, this meant they ended up cutting over a hundred small holes as they traced problems!) Also should note they were very professional, courteous, and were very good about keeping in contact as they worked - which is perhaps the rarest thing.     Electrical Emergency

    I could not have been happier with the service I received from Solutions Electrical!! They are amazing!!! My power started going on the fritz in my house. We started experiencing brown outs. The power company had sent someone to check the lines and we were advised that it was most likely a problem with the interior electrical. I contacted Solutions Electrical and scheduled an appointment to have my whole house electrical looked at as I am expecting and want to make sure everything was in good order where the electrical was concerned. Mike bent over backwards to schedule someone to come. 2 days before my appointment we lost power to 90% of the house. And on a holiday too! I got a hold of Mike first thing the next morning and he had one of his guys there by noon. A temporary fix was made at that time. Soon as his guy got back to the office, Mike called to advise that there was a serious issue with my very old fuse box panel and it needed immediate replacing. This was no suprise to me as the technician had mentioned and pointed out the obvious issues. Instead of going ahead with the diagnostic of the house, Mike suggested we use our appointment to get this fixed as there was no way to tell how long the temporary fix would last. Being the dead of winter, this was a no brainer on our part. The guys who came were polite, courteous, efficient! And the price ended up being substantially less than expected! They also did not end up charging me for the previous day's emergency fix! And there was no mess left behind! I would recommend this cmpany to anyone and everyone!

    Electrical

    Our house had numerous electrical deficiencies as we bought it from the original owners who built it in the mid-50's. It had also been recently hit by lightning. We essentially had the whole house rewired - they did leave whatever wiring in tact that they could, but all circuits were redone, the panel replaced and a whole house surge protector installed. ALL the people we ever dealt with at Solutions were a pleasure to work with. They were professional in every regard: on time, on task, considerate, honest and on budget. In fact, they ended up doing more work, requiring more people on the job, than the original work order, but still stuck to their price. They worked on our house in a manner that told us that they really cared about us and our home. I cannot say enough positive things about them. I have recommended them to anyone that will listen. I WILL hire them for any future renovations or electrical work.

    Light Switch Relay

    The electrician arrived when scheduled. He was polite and courteous, making sure not to wear his shoes in the house. We had a problem with the light switches not working in a few rooms (they are 50+ years old). In about an hour and a half the problem was found and solved. Would recommend.

    Installing two exterior GFCI outlets and a surge protector

    I called Solutions Electrical because we were looking to have a two exterior GFCI outlets installed on our house. Tony at the company was very knowledgeable and quoted a reasonable price. After looking at some photos of our electrical panel, he also recommended a surge protector, which we added to the job. The work was done on a Saturday morning, which was very convenient as I didn’t have to take time off work. The two electricians were very good and the project was completed in a couple of hours. We were very pleased with how the project turned out and will definitely call Solutions again next time we need some electrical work doing on the house.

    electrical failures

    The company did a good job. They troubleshot the issue, and the technician was in touch with others in his office for assistance. They solved the problem. Did not overbill. Good followup on the work. Always returned my calls.
