    Install Ceiling Box for New Light Fixtures

    Downtown Toronto Condo - I wanted to remove wall sconces, get the walls patched, and put in a new box for a ceiling fixture in 2 bedrooms. I also wanted a dimmer to be replaced in my kitchen. I spoke with both Frank and Tony in organizing the work to be done - they came to see the place to price the work in advance and the quote was exactly what was charged to me. Joe from Solutions Electrical did the work and he was pleasant, professional, and worked hard to minimize the amount of damage to the wall that would have to be patched later. The job looked great, clean, very professional. They also put me in touch with Peter - a drywaller / painter who did an excellent job at patching the wall, sanding, priming etc... and painting. I was very pleased with both the smooth process and the result.

    Service upgrade and new panel

    I have watched Solutions on the Mike Holmes shows for years and have appreciated Frank's commitment to "doing it right". That's the reason I called them when I upgraded our service to 200A and replaced the panel. They were professional, courteous and explained what they were doing. I will definitely will call Solutions again for any electrical work on our house.

    Unknown short

    I had an issue with a short constantly occurring for an unknown reason. I spoke to Frank and he quickly got someone out to my house to investigate. Joe came and quickly isolated the problem and fixed the issue. I would recommend these guys in a second

    Fix electrical problem with plug

    I called Solutions Electric to look at a plug that wasn't working in my home. After speaking with Frank he arranged for a call the next day. Joe showed up promptly after calling to let me know he was not too far away and would be there within the hour. Taking a look at the situation Joe was able to assess the problem and resolve the situation quickly and correctly. I found him completely professional and very courteous fixing the problem and making sure he explained exactly what was going on. I had my problem resolved and was given a very fair price. I will definitely be using Solutions Electric for all my electrical requirements in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. No doubt you will be pleased to do business with this company. Thanks Frank & Joe !!

    Misc. Work

    I have been working with Solutions for 4-5 years now, found them on the Holmes on Homes site. They focus on service quality and have a genuine care for their customers. I have had multiple jobs from them and will not go anywhere else for my electrical needs!!

    Test & Troubleshoot

    Several electrical issues were identified from a pre-purchase home inspection report. I called several electrical companies to get a quote on the work required. Solutions Electrical was the only company to respond to me promptly and professionally. Frank, the president of the company came out to the property to give us a quote on the required work. Frank took the time to ensure my husband and I understood the issues and best to resolve them. The in-home quote with Frank gave us confidence to hire them for the job. On the day of the job, the electricians assigned to our job were prompt, friendly and very mindful of our property. We have a project coming up that wlll require electrical work and plan on hiring Solutions Electrical again!

    Install power for 3 A/C units for Tim Hortons.

    A meet Frank(President of Solutions Electrical and Maintenance Ltd) through Garry at Northwood HVAC another great company when I needed to replace my old,outdated units that could not mantain comfort levels for my guests and team members.Frank gave me options on what he could do and explained the pros and cons of each option and then recommended the best way to go. His team was very professional and were on site for a couple of days to make sure everything went smooth. There was a lot of work and everything was done very neat and clean. As a Tim Hortons Owner, I recommend Solutions Electrial. Thank You Permits 225 Amp Seimens load centre 3 AC disconnects (1 for future install) 6/3 teck and connectors...hook up for 2 AC and 2 air handlers

    Constant tripping of breaker

    One of our breakers kept tripping which affected 3 main rooms and the garage exterior light. After 2 failed attempts with an electrician and our frustration, we decided to contact Solutions Electrical based on the very positive reviews we read. The electricians arrived (very punctual, also kept following up by phone as they were getting closer to the house), spent an hour and solved the problem. We definitely will use, without a second thought, Solutions Electrical for any future work. To all the staff.....keep up the high standards, it was very much appreciated. Jadzia

    Home Electrical

    After a day of having no electricity on a Friday afternoon at 4pm Solutions Electrical made it to our house in Stouffville in under an hour. On our first phone call we were advised by our provider that they could not help us after getting answers to some very basic questions and we were told we needed to bring in our own electricians. We called Solutions electrical and they arrived within an hour. It was then discovered that our provider had to come to our house and it was determined that it was our providers sole responsibility financially and to fix the problem. Solutions Electric went above and beyond advising us and stayed with us to make sure we were being treated fairly. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. There were some delays in getting reimbursed from our provider and Solutions Electric reassured us and put no pressure on us to pay our bill to them immediately. They were patient and waited until the long process with our provider was sorted out. We will use their services again for any other electrical needs we may have in the future.

    Electrical - knob & tube

    We hired Solutions Electrical to completely remove knob & tube wiring. Right from the start, Tony's professionalism was apparent and this high level of service was maintained throughout the job. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the attitudes and abilities of the electricians. I highly recommend Solutions to anyone looking for electrical work and won't hesitate to call them again.
