    windows

    We had 3 windows installed one was a bay window. 4 days later it started to leak water. Our installer came back and said it was our roof that was causing the leak and not his problem and toke pictures and walked away. We called Brock windows and explain our situation and that we were very concerned about the window as it continued to leak and we didn't know why. They listen and responded quickly and sent out a technician (Kyle) who saved the day he went above and beyond and did everything he could think of to help us. We now know the problem he also temporarily stop the leak until we could get the roof look at. I am very grateful for Kyle and that Brock Windows listen but as for the installer he really gives them a bad name. Not a person who should be in this line of work.

    Butcher job on my Windows

    Do not use this company. Horrible customer service and even worse job. Job was not completed as was our contract, they cracked our siding, and after over twenty phone calls to the company, they admitted they messed it up but admit it may get worse if they fix it. #nightmare

    4 New Triple Glazed Windows

    I purchased 4 new triple glazed windows from Brock first week of November, it took about 3 extra weeks more than promised. The sales and installation people were great! I think the HQ though has some communication issues and I had to call them multiple times to make sure things were in order. Maybe not enough staff? However I will say that I am 100% happy with the end product and the installation by Stefan and Andrew was impeccable. I made it conditional they return after doing a great job on new basement windows during my first dealings with Brock 2 years ago. The windows look great and the install was clean and correct, the windows are performing nicely with noticeable draft and cold reductions in their respective rooms.

    Home renovation

    Windows are beautiful! Installation was quick & professional. Was a pleasure dealing with Brock windows. Quality of windows is great. I would and have recommended Brock to anyone. Thanks again. I love my windows! Ida Pendino

    Cost Effective, Efficient Window Solution

    I replaced my entire triplex with new retro-fit windows with Brock. I felt the customer service was excellent and the company did their best to install my windows in January despite poor weather and before my baby was born. There were a few hiccups along the way like ordering the wrong storm windows for my stained glass, however the company apologized and have been working on correcting the issue. The installation itself was two days and we worked out a plan to do the majority of the install on one day prior to when I gave birth. The outside was done at a later date, however was much more non-invasive as the job was done in the exterior of the home only.

    Replaced 2 patio doors

    Pleased with the experience from start to finish. Philip was very knowledgeable with the business and came to our home but also had us visit the showroom so we could see exactly what we were getting. Communication throughout the whole process was great and things happened exactly when we were told they would happen. Installers did a great job, worked hard throughout an extremely cold day and we are delighted with the doors and especially the framing both on the outside and inside.

    Windows

    Had a great experience with Brock. I had the pleasure of meeting Tony who is very professional and walked me through all my options and explained why Brock windows are the best! Not only did he provide a reasonable quote, he can back tonight to educate me on the new rebate that camecin place for 2018. My contract was already a done deal and he still came back to advise and save me more money !!! Would recommend Tony to my family and friends. Thanks for being great , caring about your clients even when the sale was already complete. Thank you !!! Lisa

    Would not recommend - very poor customer service

    After obtaining a few quotes for window providers/installers I selected Brock for three new bedroom windows, thinking that if they did a good job I could move forward with them on a number of other new windows and doors in my house. Unfortunately my experience with the installation and more importantly the customer service post-installation has been an absolutely awful experience (which seems to be consistent with other reviews) and I would not recommend their services at all. After the windows were installed and the team had left, I went outside to have a look and noticed that they had left a piece that a ladder leans on hanging from my garage. I immediately called Brock and informed them, and was told someone would come by to get it down. No one ever did. Later that day I noticed my dog playing with something in my backyard and was unhappy to find that trash had been left there, which I cleaned myself. The worst part of this experience has been trying to get someone back in to look at an issue I am having with a frame. I noticed that after I painted the frame twice, the paint wasn't sticking. I was concerned it would be water damage so I called Brock. 2 voicemails and an email later someone finally returned my call and after some discussion he informed me someone would come to replace the frame. I was very pleased with this as I thought that would resolve my problem. It is now the end of January and I have been following up on this matter since the end of the summer! I have left many voicemails and emails, and the odd time someone does get back to me, I am told they are re-issuing a work order and someone will contact me immediately. No one does and the cycle restarts. I'm not sure if my contact doesn't care or is assuming that he can brush me off and I'll go away but the lack of following through on their commitment to fix it and complete disrespect for me as a customer is appalling. I would not recommend them and after seeing the reviews regarding their poor communication, I should have gone with another installer.

    Brock Doors and Windows

    Brock Windows and Doors replaced almost all our windows with Triple Pane Glass Windows, and the patio door. Thanks to the amazing and very professional team of Salesperson Andrew Bankuti, project coordinator Dianne and Installers Amry and Adam , it was a seamless process. What a Great Job installing these windows Amry !. Pleased with the quality of the North Star product. The whole job was done immaculately . Highly recommend Brock Windows.

    Terrible Customer Service

    I ordered my windows in October - this is January and yet to have them installed. I've tried to contact the company numerous times and not able to reach anyone. I've left many messages without success. If not for losing my deposit, I would cancel and take my business elsewhere. I think waiting 4 months to have a few windows installed is completely unacceptable. The fact that I'm not able to reach anyone is terrible customer service and I would definitely not recommend this company.
