Love the new front door system. Solid construction and great installation work. John was great to work withso friendly and knowledgeable.

The owner of this company is extremely professional and values his customers very much. After voicing my concerns on a few things, he personally ensured things were taken care of to my liking. I definitely appreciate this and feel at ease with the amazing work done by the team. Most definitely am satisfied and will recommend to everyone!

This is my third time using Brock Doors & Windows because they always do an excellent job. This time the project was replacing my family home front doors and storm doors. Ivan (from Brock Doors & Windows) and his assistant arrive on time, Ivan was very courteous, they explain the project to me and show me all the component. When the installation was completed Ivan and his assistant clean up and review their work. I would recommend this team anytime. See pictures of old and new installed doors.

We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by Brock Doors and Windows. The installation work done by Mykola was exceptional. He was meticulous, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. The final result is fantastic, and we are very happy with how the windows look and function. His trim work is impeccable. Upon completion of the job his team did a thorough cleanup of the site and left our home spotless. In addition, we owe a big thank you to Phil, who stayed with us through every step of the process. As with any large renovation, there can be minor issues. Whenever such issues arose, Phil stepped in and took charge of the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was sorted out, and we genuinely appreciate his dedication and support. He kept us informed every step of the way. In summary, the excellent work by Mykola and the commitment shown by Phil made the experience a very positive one.

The installation went well but if you have window panes that get full sunshine on them, Brock's window coatings leave this hazy white film which is terrible (see pics). I was in discussions with the company on resolving the issue and things were going well until all of a sudden my contact disappeared, the salesperson Bill would not return my call, the company did not respond to any emails and you can't get a human to answer the phones!

Windows are good but good luck trying to get anyone to return your call if you have an issue. Warranty dept don't pick up ( I have left 5 messages in 10 days). Tried service Manager twice as well and nothing!

See photos. Waiting 4 years for repairs. 5 service visits with no repairs completed. Manager finally came out last November, stated I would receive information shortly. No information provided, no follow up, no repairs. I follow up using every email I have, customer service, service department, etc. Still no reply or information. I asked if they were intentionally stalling until my warranty runs out.

Terrible! Less than a year after installing window and doors they are leaking! Had another company come in to see what was wrong. Brock used bathroom silicone on outside of house rather than exterior caulking/silicone. They cut corners and cost us. This just one of many issues! I highly recommend you run not walk away from this awful company!

We purchased New exterior doors for the Front entrance and back patio. Our order took 4 months (longer than quoted) and when it arrived, not as ordered. Missing major design elements in the side panels and the completely wrong lock. Not to mention there were small scratches in the back door. We have been told "this is not a big deal' and the door company (not Brock) will reach out to us to place the add on features. No timeline, not contact information given.....and certainly no rush on their end to replace the lock, as a week later we still wait and no one can answer us on this resolution. Their whole communication has ONLY been about payment. Our project coordinator (Nicole) informed us that until we make our final payment, they will not service these issues. Funny? payment matters to you just as much as my receiving the quality and complete order for my home does to me. Save your self a hardship and look elsewhere. Your home is your investment, go with someone who will support that customer experience !!
