    Palladium window replacement

    The Palladium window was part of a door configuration and after a year and a half the seal failed. We contacted Brock to have the window replaced and it was a seamless process. The window was measured, ordered and then installed. We have been very happy with our Brock experience from beginning to end.

    windows and doors

    replaced almost all windows and doors. Excellent sales and service. Daniel and Paul installation experts did a fantastic job arriving early and leaving late everyday for 3 days. Their job was above and beyond professional. I couldn't be happier with work done. Only issue was told installation was scheduled for November. November passed then told January, I asked for earlier. They gave me different installer to complete. Daniel and Paul(lucky me).

    Replaced all windows & door

    Matthew (Brock) was very responsive and helpful in listening to what I wanted and making it happen in a very reasonable timeframe and for a good price. The installers (Russell and Chris) were very professional and took care of every detail. I am very happy with the finished product. I have already recommended Brock to a few friends who have had poor experiences with other suppliers.

    Brock Doors & Windows

    Project completed September 2017. Excellent service from sales to the install group. It is now December & getting cooler,the 5 replacement Windows and Storm door, have provided keeping the cold air out & warm air in. We would certainly refer Brock Doors & Windows to our Friends & Neighbours. Ron & Brenda Ross

    new windows

    I'm very happy with the new windows from the first phone call and dealing with Bill was great. There product is fantastic we can feel the difference on the top floor. Installers were awesome to deal with I believe his name was Eugene. Thanks again for a great job.

    Run don't walk from Brock!

    This is a disgusting company with no customer service. None of my windows were installed level or square. One large picture window was left being held in with spray foam only! They installed incorrect windows, double pane instead of triple pane. When I called to complain, they would not answer emails or phone calls. Horrible, horrible company.

    Highly recommend the salesman, product & service

    I used Brock 3 yrs ago to replace windows and was so satisfied that I used them again this year to replace a front and side door. The salesman both times was Sandy Berkley. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and I would certainly use him and Brock again. The service also met my expectations. Due to my excellent experience with Sandy, the service people and products, Brock is now my "go to" company for windows and doors, and I've recommended them to family and friends.

    Window and garage door install

    Poor customer service. Many many calls made with no return. Missing product. Missed promised deadlines. Installers are the only good thing about this company. Manager eventually righted the problems after A LOT of phone calls and back and forth. But unfortunately I still cannot recommend this company to others

    Windows, main floor.

    Very pleased with the quality of the windows. Brock had installed a patio door for us about a year ago which we very happy with and used them again for our new windows. Scott (Sales) was again very helpful and the installers did a great job. They were very professional and no mess after they were done. We have more windows to do and will use Brock again.

    Front of house looks great

    Sales rep was great. Provided good TAT on quotes and phone calls. Measures were accurate and install team of Ryan and Mike from Cambridge were outstanding. They take great pride in their work and it shows. This reno adds $ value and energy efficiency to the entire home. Will look to do back of the house in this coming spring/summer.
