    New Front Entry Door

    We redid all our windows and doors over a period of two years. Stefan (our installer) did all the work with the help of his able assistants - first the huge bay windows in the living room and dining room, the upstairs windows, the family room sliding doors and rear windows, the back door and just yesterday, the front entry. His work is superb and he really cares what he is doing and is terrific to have around! Thank you, thank you, Stefan.

    New door and hardware

    This is quite the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I had a new door installed in April and after a couple of months the hardware on the front started to look pitted and striated, so I called the sales person and he said he would forward it to someone to be taken care of. That was the last I heard from him and all my e-mails were ignored after that. Finally I spoke to someone who sent a young man to take pictures and he agreed there was corrosion on the hardware. That is the last I have heard again, in spite of e-mails and phone calls which have all been ignored. If this is the way they treat their customers, they should not be in business, I cannot believe the company is run this way. Never again!!!!

    Full house replacement windows and patio door

    Good Morning Brock: Just stopping in to say how pleased we are with our new Triple Glazed Krypton Infused Window Package. Thanks to Brian Vuckovic, your office management representative for his well versed explanation of the package which was very helpful in our decision making. Our contacts of meetings were 4 out of 7, and Brock Windows we choose for their expertise. We'd like to extend a special thank-you to Harry & Crew the contractors who worked non stop for 2 days. They replaced 15 windows and a patio door with a beautiful new look of built in blinds and wide sash mouldings in no time. There next task was a more challenging job, my husband was looking for reshaping of 2 large half moons at the front of our house. Harry & he discussed the change. Job done to perfection. Another project, we have Two Front Pillars that my husband had included in the project. Tops & bottoms made of concrete and the middle is made of wood. Harry & Crew recessed the wood in Sandlewood colour to match the new windows . Job well done!! Now with only 4 Small Windows to complete, please Hurry on back Harry & Crew as we're anxiously awaiting more of that Curb Appeal. Thanks to Brock Management, Harry and Crew for giving our home "New Curb Appeal.

    New Windows

    This is the third time we have ordered doors and windows from Brock. Obviously we are happy with the product. Stefan installed them on the first occasion, and we have asked for him on the more recent jobs. He is very experienced, hard-working, knowledgeable and conscientious. We love his work. He always puts the customer first.

    Windows in Victoria Village

    Had windows and a patio door installed this week, the crew (Stefan, David, Andrew, and Luka) performed a professional installation, they went the extra mile (on a cold day) to make sure I was happy with the install, from what I can see you really need a motivated experienced installer if you want to keep or improve the aesthetics of your home inside and out, attention to detail is very important. The sales team (Adam Fox) and office team (Heidi) were good and tried to make sure things went well when I had a few concerns and changes before the install. The essence of any company is inspired form the top, this was evident when I had to speak to the Sales manager once (Kevin), his attitude was being mirrored down the line which is a key success in any organization.

    Windows Replacement

    We have just had our windows replaced by Brock. They did an excellent job. Our sales representative, Philip was very knowledgeable in choosing the best windows for our house. He answered all of our questions and I did not feel pressured to buy from him. As for the installation job, Stefan and his crew were clean, efficient and professional. I would recommend Brock Windows.

    Professional sales rep, workers were clean and knowledgeable the office people very friendly and a pleasure to speak with the product amazing wife loves it and as it been said HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE Thank you Brock

    Bathroom & Sunroom Window Replacement

    Stefan and his crew were clean, efficient and detail oriented. We're very happy with the work and can tell that are house is more energy efficient already. Book your installation early, because these guys are booked solid for a couple of months.

    Window replacements - full house

    DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH BROCK WINDOWS!! In June of 2017, we selected Brock Windows to service our windows. As of today Nov 8, 2017, we are still dealing with a fiasco of sloppy, poor customer service events. From our order getting lost, chasing an unresponsive customer rep and management lead to 3 attempts at window installations whereby we received wrong windows, cracked windows, windows not sized properly.

    Windows & Doors

    If I could give a negative rating I would. We were looking to replace all our windows and doors on our new home. Went with Brock although they were more expensive than competitors. Big mistake. After 20 weeks, now told twice that the top of the line door we ordered is wrong size. Offered small discount on the door, but no date as to when it will be installed. In addition we were short shipped 2 windows but told that they will only be installed when the door gets installed. Have tried getting someone senior to call, but just get the run around. First told that person was in Italy then Ireland - guess luxury trips more important than their customers. Sales Rep Phil guaranteed we would have our doors by November and now asking us to be patient-- all I can say is fool me once, shame on you -- fool me twice, shame on me
