David, we're sorry if you felt let down by your experience with our company. You're right, there was an important point missed on your contract stating that the frame must be white like all others in your complex, as opposed to the blue we originally installed. Your wife had discussions with your Project Coordinator regarding this, and we honoured what you said and returned to rectify your concerns. In our opinion - the blue looks great, but we understand that was not what you were looking for. Also, when comparing your new, serviced door to your neighbours we feel your door looks absolutely beautiful and much sleeker with the aluminum capping. Your new capping will protect that area of your door from rotting out over time, and in our opinion, looks much cleaner than that of your neighbours door.
