Reply created 3 Oct 2017David, we're sorry to hear you felt you had a less than favourable experience. The concrete the installers cut was the out of square forming of your pre-existing sill/foundation. An opening needs to be square, the bottom right hand corner was rounded and needed to be square for this to work. Our Operations Manager drove out to Toronto at 8 a.m. on 09/26/2017 to discuss this with you, and he states there are very minor adjustments that need to be made and that we will happily do so to rectify the situation. We're sorry the quality does not meet your standards, but we can assure you that we provide one of the best, most highly efficient products available on the market and are surely better than anything you will find in a Home Depot.
