    Brock’s financial office staff are incompetent.

    I’m sure their motto is “Over Promise – under deliver!” I ordered 11 windows, and was offered a 3 month deferred payment plan for $39.95. I decided to take advantage of the offer. Once the order was placed, the finance people at the Brock office took over. Big mistake. She was completely unable: 1) to comprehend why I wanted the 3 month deferral if I was going to pay it off within the three months, 2) to provide me with 3 month deferral forms, and 3) unwilling to correct, or provide the new forms, once I pointed out the forms were incorrect. The salesman was good, and understood what needed to be done. The Brock office financial person was “incompetent”, to say the least. She never was able to rectify the situation (nor wanted to). I’m not sure if it was ignorance or stubbornness, or a combination of the two. It never was resolved – her ‘insolent attitude’, and ‘haughty air of superior financial intelligence’ wore me down. I just paid the windows off immediately. I am happy with the windows and the instillation team. Very unpleasant experience dealing with the Brock office financial person.

    Windows

    Very happy with the workmanship and crew from Brock. Very professional and friendly. Love my Windows and would definitely recommend to everyone. Work was done very quickly alone with the cleanup.

    Patio Door

    Our patio doors were old and the seal had broken in the frame causing an ugly stain across the entire glass door. I am so glad I called Brock Doors & Windows to repair the problem. The moment the Brock Representative entered our home, I knew we were in good hands. He was professional and caring and took the time to explain all our options. After selecting the patio door we wanted, a few weeks later the installers came to replace our glass door. They worked quickly and efficiently. We are extremely happy with the product the company installed. We now can view our lovely backyard garden through our beautiful patio glass door. Thank you Brock Doors & Windows!

    Window replacement

    I had leakage from windows at the front of my house. These had been replaced from the originals about 10 years ago but had not stood up over time. Brock did a great job, the installers were very professional, efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. They are not cheap but well worth the cost, particularly when it prevents more leak damage down walls.

    Stay away from their custom doors

    Do not spend thousands of your hard earned money on this companies custom doors. Mine has leaked in 2 places at the bottom of the door window and now at the side panel.. lots of water to the point it ruined my tile floor before I noticed. Also after 1st year the door latch wouldn't close anymore because it wasn't aligned with the hole in the frame anymore. Multiple calls to these guys and no response. I had to work on it myself to get the door to say closed without having to lock it all the time.

    Patio sliding door replacement

    From the estimate to the final installation Brock windows and doors walked me through every step to make sure we were comfortable and understood the process. Brock came to give an estimate, sent a crew to verify measurements, and ordered a door to fit my needs. As an added benefit their price beat all of the big box stores estimate with an "off the shelf door" and make it fit. A job well done!

    windows and front door

    The salesman, Mark Hill, made our decision easier. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product, and, as importantly, the procedure which he presented realistically, warts and all. Also; Our decision was vindicated when our friends said they knew of Brock Windows...... big company, knew their stuff....this or that person we all knew went with them. I was sold with Mark Hill, but it was ok to hear the "others"

    window replacements

    Excellent window quality. Sales representative informed us of current promotions being offered by firm and guided us through the different grades of window and qualities so that we could make the best selection for our budget. Installers were punctual and informed us of all findings as our home was built in the 70's. Installation crew protected our home as they accessed both indoors and outdoors. Did and excellent clean-up job. Made a follow-up inspection at no charge.

    Replacement of windows

    Renovations are never easy but from start to finish this process was smooth. Stephan and David did an excellent job with the installation - very thorough & professional. Stephan explained how to clean the windows, and took us through the registration process as well. At the end of the day they cleaned up beautifully, including taking all the old windows and screens away. I'd highly recommend Brock for both their product and crew!

    Great Service

    Just want to share a great service we experienced today, June 12, 2017. Our doors and windows were replaced by Brock a few years back, but recently we had an unfortunate fire in our next-door neighbour's backyard. The fire affected our patio sliding door, which required some parts replaced. Nick Carvalho came, on time and as scheduled (June 12th) by Jenn Da Silva, and the repair was done professionally. Nick was very friendly during his short stay at our place. We also asked him if he had time to have a look at our front door handle, which had been misaligned for a long time. (Our front door was also installed by Brock, and almost immediately after the installation, the door handle became misaligned which prompted the installer to come back and fixed it. However, it didn't take long and the handle became misaligned again.) Nick re-aligned the handle and even adjusted the front door itself since he noticed it was too tight closing. All of these Nick did professionally and without hesitation. It is this kind of service that we know will make us recommend Brock to our friends and neighbours.
