    Complementary Service Call Outside of Warranty Period

    We have had all of our windows and doors replaced by Brock. We are very happy with them and have recommended Brock to our neighbours. The install people were very professional. We recently had a problem with our entry door and Brock responded even though it was outside of the standard one year warranty. The technician was great and had a fix that was unexpected and better than I had anticipated. Overall a great company to deal with.

    Patio door replacement

    We needed to replace the old patio door for safety reasons so paid a visit to three area showrooms. The Brock experience was very different from the beginning. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and set up an appointment for an in-home appraisal. Dorian came and recommended a door based on our needs and concerns. The best part though was having the door ready and installed early. The installers arrived on time, the work was clean and efficient and the finished project exceeded my expectations. The low maintenance exterior finish has eliminated my need to paint every year--a big plus in my books. I would highly recommend Brock to anyone thinking to replace their doors or windows.

    Awful customer service

    Project was super late. 3 months late in fact! Zero post implementation support and we had many issues that needed support. Sales guy couldn't even remember our names after several phone calls - def felt like we were nothing to them. Would never recommend Brock windows! Ever!

We have it noted in our system that your project was sold on 09/18/2014 & completed on 12/22/2014, your project consisted of 3 windows and an entry door system. That is the average time frame for the ordering and manufacturing of an entry door and three windows, we do see in our system that your door required a service because the insert was scratched, the manufacturer tended to your home between the times of 01-02 of 2015 and it states you were happy with this outcome. We'd like to apologize if you felt your project wasn't significant to us, we can assure you that is not the case and you're very much so of paramount importance.     Service on window

    I could not lock my window. Also the filler around the window had a hole in the corner of the window. Nick fixed the whole and also howled us how to lock the window as well as how to open it and turn the window to clean it.

    All windows and door replaced

    Bill came to the house and gave us a quote on the 8 windows that we knew we needed to replace. While he was here he also gave us a quote on the front door. He suggested that we go to the showroom to see how the windows would actually look and open. While we were there, we also looked at the garage and patio doors. we had Bill come back to give us a final quote based on 8 windows, a front door, patio door, fire door and garage door with new hardware as well. Harry and his crew came to install everything. It was planned to be a 3 day job. It actually got done in 2 days. They were very polite, kept the house clean, and answered any questions we had. He even made sure we tried everything out before he left in case we had questions. We love the outer capping that they did on the woodwork around the front door, patio door and the garage door. Everything looks perfect and will be easier to maintain. We will certainly recommend them to anyone we know who might be looking for new windows and doors.

    entrance door and windows replaced

    This Spring we had a beautiful entrance door and numerous windows installed by Brock doors and Windows. We were so impressed with the Brock experience that we ordered the remainder of our doors and windows to be replaced this Summer. Steve, our sales person was knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. The office personnel are friendly and approachable. Installation day arrived on time and Steve, the installer and his team were polite, conscientious and capable.

    Windows and patio doors replaced

    Brock representatives answered all of our questions and gave good advice without up-selling. Prices were quite competitive. The installers were fastidious in their work. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company to friends.

    Whole home window replacement

    We looked to have all of our windows replaced as our house was over 10 years old and had settled, causing the old windows to become very difficult to open. The sales rep was great and was able to answer all of our questions and recommend some great window styles. The crews that did the install were professional and were great around our dog and young son - they were able to keep the noise to other parts of the home while our son napped through the install. All in all, we are very happy with their service, and did come back to them as we had all our windows replaced in 2 years in separate jobs.
