    4 larger windows replaced

    I'm glad I choice Brook Doors and windows. Right from the start the sales rep to the installation was very nice and knowledgable . Clean installation through the whole 6 hours . I would recommend to my parents which are planning to do there windows and my friends. I have done my research and interview 5 companies and Brock came on TOP for value and quality . Thank you

    Windows replacement

    I was skeptical at first but I reach out and I was pleasantly surprise with the service I received I have no complaints on this service. I would recommend Brock windows.

    STORM DOOR and door latch installation

    I just want to thank Nick and Jennifer for their professionalism and politeness in dealing with this problem of needed further repairs to the installations that were done recently. Nick was both polite and concerned that he get everything right and was in no trouble to rush this service call. He was absolutely meticulous and would not leave until we were perfectly satisfied....Jennifer was also polite and re-confirmed our call and the order for repairs. Both my wife and I were satisfied and are happy that our door will give us the insulation and protection that we need. John and Anita Borovilos

    windows

    Quality windows professionally installed with attention to detail and the 'clean-up'. What more could you ask for? I would recommend to any of friends and neighbours and you will too.

    Patio doors & kitchen window

    Brock is very professional from beginning to end. I had a patio door as well as a kitchen window replaced & I am extremely happy with how they look. The installers take pride in their work & are very friendly & knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything before leaving and I would definitely both recommend them and use them again as well.

    Replace windows and patio door

    Received a number of quotes for windows. Doran from Brock was very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was timely and professional. Price was competitive and windows look great. Received follow up calls to ensure we were happy with the results. Highly recommended and will use Brock again

    Northstar patio doors

    Nice guys installed two patio doors. Very good product and workmanship. They arrived on schedule with the right product, and kept me updated on this installation progress. Very satisfied. Very happy with Brock, product and price.

    Dining Room Bay Window & Bedroom replacement

    After getting several quotes we settled on Brock Doors and Windows not because they were the cheapest but because their sales person's knowledge of their product. Windows were ready when they said they would be and the installers were fantastic. They were clean, tidy, and showed pride in their work. We are extremely pleased with our new bay window and we are getting numerous compliments on the new look of the house. We would recommend Brock Doors & Windows to anyone looking for new or replacement windows.

    Doors, Windows, Garage Doors, Patio Doors

    I purchased my complete package of windows/doors/garage doors/patio doors from Brock Doors and Windows, all items were installed approximately 1 month ago. I must say that the experience with Brock has been outstanding. To begin with the sales representative that visited my home, Andrew, was exceptional. He carefully listened to what I was looking for, provide samples for my review, has excellent product knowledge, made recommendations for my consideration and in the end sold me exactly what I was looking for. Andrew was always professional & friendly, never any pressure and certainly delivered on all items. The installers for the windows/doors/patio doors/new trim were outstanding. They were on time each day, worked very clean and organized. The fit/finish/function of each item installed is in my opinion, perfect. The new trim around the doors and windows was done superbly. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. Great work. The garage doors were installed by a different installer, however I have the same comments as above, absolutely great installation. The exterior trim work/capping etc has also been competed perfectly. no mess was ever left behind and everything that was replaced was taken away by the installers. The product is incredible. I could not be happier with all the items I have purchased. Truly received what I was expecting. If there was on concern, I would have to say dealing with the Brock rep who was managing the project was not very well organized. If not for me continually following up and staying on top of the project I am not certain when the install would have taken place. Regardless I am 100% happy having selected Brock and will certainly recommend them.

    Replace basement windows (3)

    Excellent work completed on the date promised and a very minor issue was completed promptly and properly. Service staff were courteous and addressed the minor issue very quickly, installers were great! ! Overall, a quickly done, efficient job by Brick Windows and Doors! Highly recommended!
