    Kitchen Door

    It was imperative the kitchen door be replaced prior to our renovation. The installation occurred three weeks prior to the start of the reno. Many thanks to Phil, our salesman, who also, was able to ensure that our front entry door and side garage door were installed by Christmas 2015. Alex, the installer, is terrific. His professionalism, workmanship, attention to detail and pride are evident in his work. Many, many thanks to Phil, Alex and the Brock team for helping to make our home beautiful. We continue to get compliments on our front entry door!

    New Windows Family Room

    We love our new windows! Just got them installed today by Stefan and another crew member and they did an excellent job. They were fast, and tidy ! Brian was the sales rep and also really good at helping us decide which windows would look best in the room. Overall i would highly recommend them and will use them in future projects.

    Front Entry Door Replacement

    We had a great experience, from the selection to installation we couldn't have asked for more. Prompt service, great quality door and superb installation. Many compliments on our new entry door!

    Patio door installation

    Scott was knowledgeable, accommodating and able to clearly communicate the required information. Answered questions and no pressure. The installation crew were very efficient and wasted no time during installation. Left a clean work site. Will probably use Brock again.

    Front entry door

    We selected a beautiful front entry door; better than we envisioned! They completely removed the old frame and door; Making little mess and installed within a few hours i would refer Brock for new door and we will look to purchase a garage door soon.

    Exterior Door & Basement Windows

    We called Brock Windows and Brian came out to give us a quote for an exterior door with a blind insert and three basement windows. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a good price. We weren't sure if we wanted to have the basement windows done, but after talking to Brian, we decided to have them done. We are not disappointed, the windows actually open and the door is great. The installers were on time, cleaned up the mess and also knew their stuff. Thanks Brock Windows & Doors!

    8 Brick to Brick New Windows

    I contacted 3 window companies and decided to purchase from Brock mainly from the positive reviews from Homestars and quality of the windows. Mark the salesperson is very knowledgable and was even available on his day off. He was able to answer my questions via email and text. 2 thumbs up to Eugen the installer. He came out to measure the windows approx 2 weeks after I signed the contract. The installation was done on the scheduled day. It took all day to install the windows. Eugen and his partner were very professional, clean and took the time to make the installation perfect. They worked hard all day and didn't take any breaks. I am so impressed with the installers and wish all tradesmen have their knowledge, workmanship and attention to the fine details. I noticed 2 small holes in the screen the next day and immediately called Brock. Eugen came over the next day and was able to repair the screen within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend purchasing from Brock!

    Windows

    I had Brock Doors and Windows come out to give me a quote for some windows in my basement. They were by far the best priced for great quality windows. Scott was my sales rep, he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. I decided to go with them and Kemar came to install them. He did an excellent job!!! Very kind person. Looking forward to getting more windows installed by Kemar as soon as our renovations are done. Highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    Replace half of upstairs windows

    We loved Brock! Dave was great, price was right, service fast and exactly as promised. We'll definitely be repeat customers as we update the rest of our windows over the next few years.

    Exterior door basement

    We have asked many quote and Sandy Berkley from Brock Doors Windows gave the best quote by far. He was very courteous and gave us a lot of good advice. When we decided to go with them, he informed us that we had to add another $300 to get the lock position at the right height. I wish I knew before. They came 2 weeks later to take all the necessary measurements. The employee was on time and courteous. They then said they lost the order and informed me that they would push it to be done within the month. They were only a few days late and they did a very good job for the installation. We got our new door just before the weather got a bit chilly, perfect timing. I would strongly recommend this company. Then we received a phone call 2 weeks later to informed us that they lost our order and they would try hard to deliver in September. When I called them 2 weeks later, we fixed appointment in early October (!). Let's hope aht the installation will be done properly and on time. I wil then update my review accordingly.
