    Custom home Build Supplied all windows, sliding doors and doors

    We had Brock supply windows for our custom home a year ago, this is the second house we have all the windows from Brock, the last one being 9 years ago, and no issues with the product. The north star windows and service from Brock was always top notch. I worked with Mike N. and Mark H. to get all the windows ordered, some of the patio door sizes are so big they have never been done but Mark would call the manufacturer to find out, and tried their best to make them. This summer, a few windows needed minor adjustment, and Brock sent Nick for the service call. He was very professional and knew his products well, he was able to fix them after taking one look at them. They stand behind their product and comes address the issues unlike many other companies. I would not hesitate to use Brock again if we were to do another build. Thanks, Ben

    Door Replacement Nightmare

    We purchased a beautiful new front door from Brock in March after completing an extensive renovation to our home. During the June installation, the installer accidentally shot a nail gun nail through the glass side panel, cutting himself in the process. In mid July, an inspector was sent to assess the damage, which had been reported as a 'stress crack'. Brock called to schedule September 1st to do the repair but we both work during the day so the next available date is end of September. I have to take a day off work to accommodate Brock's schedule. What started as an exciting purchase has now become a nightmare.

    replace all wondows and doors

    From first contact, everyone I dealt with was patient, courteous and very helpful. The sales rep took the time to make sure I understood my options and that I was able to make an informed decision. When the installer came to measure, he noted some issues on the exterior of my home and took pictures to show me what he had seen. At installation time, I knew it would be 2 days but because rain was threatening for the second day, the installers stayed late to make sure the job would be done as promised.

    Enlarge Kitchen Window

    My sales rep Dorian was great presenting the different options to enlarge the window. Our installer Gino cut brick, installed new window and completed the job in a few hours. Great Company to work with. Keep up the greatness.

    Beautiful Job Done

    We had a great experience with Brock. They replaced the front & back exterior doors and one window beside our front door. Dave Shepard was great, he had great customer service, was friendly and very helpful. Mykola and his partner were also great, they were friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend Brock to anyone doing windows and doors. Thank you for making our experience so great.

    New Windows and Patio Doors

    Scott quickly understood what the job consisted of, explained the options, provided a cost-effective quote and informed us of the installation details. He was a very personable and professional salesman and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. The installation was done in a timely manner and the installers worked diligently to get the job done. There was a project manager assigned to handle any issues

    10 new windows

    Replaced all my windows. Service was excellent. Job completed in two days. Very happy with the result. Job was done professionally and site was left clean. I would recommend this company.

    Ten Windows and Threw Doors

    We purchased ten windows, a front door, and two sliding doors from Brock Doors and Windows. Our experience started with our excellent salesman Kevin. He was outstanding. He returned our call for a quote right away. We made an appointment and he was there on time and answered all of our questions. He was professional and courteous. We have already referred him to a friend. He gave us a competitive price and we were pleased with the warranty and other details he provided us with. Our installers were Amry and Cassius. They did a great job. Their attention to detail and professionalism was very much appreciated. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it and didn't seem to mind that I was watching everything they were doing and taking pictures. They did a great job inside and out. Tight trim joints on the inside. Great interior caulking. The house was clean when they left. On the outside their caulking job was outstanding and all of the capping they did was perfect. Again, when they left they cleaned everything and kept a very tidy jobsite throughout. After the doors and windows were installed, the house looked a thousand times better. The energy efficiency has already been improved in this record hot summer too. I would not hesitate to refer these folks and I already have.

    Window installation

    We had several windows installed by Brock and have been very happy with the quality and how they improve the appearance of our home. The sales Rep (Scott) was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions regarding the different types of windows available. Our installer Kemar arrived on time, was friendly and professional. HIs attention to detail ensured the windows were installed quickly and efficiently. The customer service at Brock is excellent. We have visited the showroom twice and were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I look forward to our next project with Brock Doors and Windows.

    Six Replacement Casement Windows

    Our old aluminum windows were replaced with triple-glazed krypton-gas vinyl frame casement windows. It took only one month from the salesman's estimate until installation day. The two installers were professional, courteous, and stayed late to finish as evening came. We were impressed with their speed and attention to detail. There were a couple of scrap slivers and loose screws around the house which were difficult to see during cleanup as it was getting dark. Also there were 4 missing plunger clips which keep the screens (2 per screen) in place. We had to wait a week for the manufacturer's rep (Northstar Windows) to bring us some spares. The installers should have a baggy of extra small parts handy because they can be easily lost. We also had to paint in a few spots where they used wood trim on the inside.
