    3 windows and patio door

    Good contact follow-up in purchasing process. Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful in anticipating correct type of glass and fixtures. Installer came soon after to confirm measurements. Within the expected time-frame, the installer and his assistant arrived with the new windows. They worked very efficiently and kept everything tidy as they worked. The professional was teaching his assistant throughout the process on the installation and also on practical tips for safety, time-management and aesthetics. The windows and door look very good and are exactly what I wanted. The mechanism is so smooth that it is a joy to use in comparison to my old windows and patio door where I had to struggle to get them open. The installer went over and above what was required to ensure I had the perfect fit for the windows and patio door and they look fabulous. When I do the third floor I'll be calling Brock again.

    Windows

    Needing to replace my windows (31) I not only needed a great price but I also wanted the best quality of windows. I contacted 3 companies. The first two came with little information about their windows, handed me a brochure, worked out a price and wanted me to sign up immediately. Upon telling them that I wanted to think about it they then told me I had 24 hours and then I could not get their deal. I told them I did not like to be pressured into a decision of great cost. I then contacted Brock Windows. Sales rep Michael Scanlan contacted me to set up an appointment. He came with great knowledge about the products and the company. He explained everything to me. He took his time and went through all possibilities. He even showed me samples. I did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision on the spot . He told me that he would leave me the information and quote with me and when and if I was interested to give him a call. No deadlines. I did not need to think it over. There was no doubt. I signed and have slowly been getting my windows installed. Mike is very prompt at getting back to his customers answering any questions and solving any problems. I have been very pleased with the quality, and the look of the windows. I also cannot hear any noise from outside. Unbelievably quiet. I had my windows installed by Mark. He does a super job installing and takes great pride in his work . When finished Mark and his partner leave your place clean inside and out. I would not only highly recommend Brock Windows but also my sales rep Michael Scanaln and installer Mark. They not only have great personalities but also people skills when working with their customers.

    Replacement Parts.

    We purchased our windows and sliding doors in 1998. The 20 year warranty is great because we recently had to replace crank assemblies on three of our casement windows. Deterioration by use and weather.

    Window replacement for entire house

    We were very satisfied with the quotation of our job and the installation quality. The actual time from order (and deposit) to installation was longer than we had anticipated, partly because of the time lag from the time we ordered until the measurements could be confirmed and then the actual order placed with the manufacturer. Unfortunately Northstar made a couple of errors on two of the 17 windows and we are waiting for these to be corrected. Frank and his team were great. In spite of us losing all of the original wood framing inside the house (our decision). He had been careful to photograph our original frames and so was able to create almost exact replicas with the new wood. Our home is 80 years old so this was definitely a creative effort. Frank's carpentry skills in replacing the framing resulted in minimal damage and all we need to do now is to paint the new wood. The job created a lot of dust and debris but they were meticulous in collecting and vacuuming up as much as possible. It would have been nice if they had cleaned the windows, especially the exteriors, before leaving. Overall we are delighted with the quality of the Northstar product and the Brock installation workmanship.

    Windows

    I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH BROCK WINDOWS. SCOTT WAS EXCELLENT AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN HIS PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED ADVICE. A GOD SEND FOR A HOME OWNER WITH LOTS OF QUESTIONS. ALL YOUR STAFF PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY SERVICE! DEREK DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE WINDOWS WHICH HAVE MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE DURING THIS HOT SUMMER. ALL IN ALL A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BROCK WINDOWS.

    Windows & Patio Doors

    Several of my neighbours had used Brock Windows so when we decided to replace all windows and three patio doors, we headed to the Brock showroom. From the visit to discuss our needs to the final installation, we felt confident with Brock. Diane, our project coordinator kept us informed of installation dates. We did wait about several weeks, to be expected in the busy summer season. On installation days, Eugene and Oleg were a professional, hard working team. They worked extremely well together and completed the job in a timely fashion. All debris was cleared, floors were vacuumed. I would recommend Brock Windows and Doors!

    Service

    Nick, the service man, came on time to replace a pane of glass and to repair our sliding screen door. The company set up the date and Nick was efficient and very pleasant while he was here. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. Brock Windows staff has been approachable and keen to please their customers.

    Great Looking Window Replacement

    We were first drawn to Brock by the quality of their windows, and our windows look even better installed than in their excellent showroom. Our salesperson Walter gave us a good quote, and helped us finalize our design ideas. The order took about six weeks, and the installation was done on the scheduled dates. The installers Riza and Tony worked tirelessly, and did a quality job, especially with the custom aspects of the work. We have had a lot of complements, and have already recommended Brock to others.

    Window and door installation

    Good installation person (Stefan), he was efficient and installed windows and doors with minimum issues or mess. There was a mix-up from the office regarding having all the items (doors and windows) we ordered delivered at the same time so we had to take an additional day off work to have the remainder of the doors installed. Stefan also help fix our front door lock on a door previously installed by Brock since it was sticking.
