    Exterior Doors and Storms

    Dave (my salesperson) was direct and honest. It was refreshing to hear his presentation without the hard-sell. He returned my calls, did not bad-mouth the opposition, answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Stefan was my installer and very good at what he does. The doors (two exterior and two storms) look great and I was very pleased with the follow-up issue that I had which was resolved quickly and easily. I would highly recommend Brock, Dave and Stefan.

    Patio door and front screen door.

    We contacted Brock to have our patio door and front entrance screen door replaced. Our projected manager Angelyka promptly sent their sales rep Dorian out to meet us and go over our needs. With the vast product line that Brock has, we were able to select exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price. An installation date was set on the spot. When Gino arrived to begin work, he had everything he needed and the installation was completed efficiently. They removed the old doors and cleaned up the site. The new doors look great and we couldn't be happier. Great work!

    sliding patio door

    Dorion was so thorough, patient answering all the questions we had and completed the job very well and did a fabulous clean up. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful. They knew we wanted it done as soon as possible and an opening came up and Dorion came earlier. Thanks again.

    Replacement of glass pane insert dining room window

    Prompt reply to request. Serviceman (Nick) was very efficient, knowledgable and professional. Have recommended Brock Windows to a few of our friends and they were also very happy with the service and products.

    Windows

    My husband and I searched for the right window specialist with whom to partner as we planned window replacements for our entire home. The Brock Team was incredibly professional, diligent (from quoting to installation), and did stellar work. Thank you Brock for being the trusted partner we were looking for. We love our new windows!

    Window replacement

    Steve the salesman was very helpful with giving us the info we needed to make decision on Windows needed. Alex the installer did a extremely great job installing Windows. Was very helpful reinstalling our shutters and new magnetic closers we had purchased which he told me where to find the them. Very happy will definitely recommend Brock Windows to friends

    Patio door replacement

    We did our Homework on windows and doors we needed a replacement.We decided to go with Brock .Adam, Foxman the rep answered all our questions and help us make the decision.Placed the order Feb 26.Diane called for installation date of April 11. Peter and Paul the installers came installed the Door cleaned up very polite very professionally installed.Looks awesome they did a fantastic job. Jennifer called and Nick would be by on the 14 to followup on the install. Very thorough .To all involved we would highly recommend we will use again, in future products Very polite courteous and a pleasure to deal with all parties involved

    Instalation by Brock Doors and Windows

    I am very happy with the service, and installation of our windows, everything went like clockwork, from the initial salesperson, to the eventual installation, I would highly recommend this company for any type of window or door replacement. Henry Severeide

    Window replacement

    It was a pleasure working with Brock windows from beginning to end. All appointments were well scheduled and everyone showed up on time. No pressure and straight forward, honest recommendations from Scott. Frank and his crew were fast, professional, friendly and cleaned the work area. Charlotte the project coordinator was always available and courteous. We love our new windows. They made a huge difference, esthetically and functional as well. I will use Brock again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.
