    New windows

    Brock recently installed four windows in our home. Everyone we dealt with, John, the sales person, Bride, the scheduler and Mark and his partner, the installers, were friendly and professional to deal with. The installation was very well done and the job site was cleaned up after. This is actually the second project Brock has done for us. We had them install a sliding glass door a number of years ago. Because of how well that install went we did not hesitate to have them back to do the windows. We will use them again in the future.

    Window installation

    We have been very satisfied with Brock Doors and Windows and their service. The fellows who were here were very obliging and efficient and they cleaned up well. We were satisfied with everything. We were totally satisfied with Brock and if we have any windows replaced in the future, we will certainly call your company again

    window

    I used Brock for the first time back in May 2014 and was very very impressed by the sales man Andrew Bankuti so I decided to order through them. The windows came in on time and the installer Jay, was amazing aswell. The customer service team lead by Kaileigh Donelle was by far the best customer service department setting this all up I have ever used. Thanks Brock Windows and Doors for making my home look and feel amazing!!! Ryan O

    new windows

    Steaven Matika was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our project. Steaven’s very low key way of presenting us with what were factual verifiable statements, without any “hype”, was very new to us. Because of his approach, Brock’s products just literally sold themselves! And Sokol, the installer, was one of the more professional people that we've met. He was extremely good at consistent communication. We were very impressed with him in particular. He was very attentive to our concerns as well as communicating well with us. We remember him very well, and were quite pleased with the whole process. Most of our interactions were with Steaven and Sokol. When we did visit the showroom in Scarborough, and we were well treated there too. The company is very well represented by the people they've chose to have the public deal with. We would recommend their windows to anyone needing windows. We were very impressed and very pleased. Jim and Therese

    Patio door

    I was completely satisfied with Brock. Everything was as expected. The price point was great, and the quality is excellent. Dorian did a great job answering my questions, and ensuring I was completely satisfied. The work is great, and I am very happy.

    new windows and doors

    I wanted to replace 4 windows that face west and get quite cold in winter. Brock offered triple glazing for the price plus vinyl windows and covering the wood frames with aluminum. Our back door was wooden and drafty and the screen door was in poor shape. These were replace with steel and aluminum. There is a marked difference in the comfort level in the kitchen now as there are no more drafts at the door. The installation went exactly as planned, with no surprises. Stefan was thorough and respectful of our needs. Brian, the sales rep, worked with me to get me the doors and windows we needed at the best price. He is really good at what he does.

    4 window replacement

    I was extremely satisfied with the window replacement done by Brock Windows and Doors. Brian the salesperson was polite and informative about the products. Jay and his co-worker were meticulous in the installation. I'm hoping to have all windows in my house replaced.

    kitchen windows

    The salesman Dave was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Installer Stefan and his crew did a thorough and exact job, and answered all questions in a cordial and friendly way. Great work by great workers

    windows and sliding doors

    We had a great experience with Brock Windows and Doors from start to finish, starting with our initial consultation with Steaven and are installation with Ziggy...they were polite, informative, on time and when finished cleaned up as if they were never here... they were completely efficient and answered any and all of my questions and I would recommend them highly....

    back door

    I was verypleased with Mark and the installer Ziggy . They both did an excellant job. I would use them again. They were on time and left no mess what so ever
