Dorian was a great sales representative. I was impressed over all with the entire project. The lead installer from Brock, Alex did a wonderful job. Everything was complete according to schedule.

They were organized, but they weren't provided with the right products. They installed the door perfectly; it just came with the wrong hardware. The job site was kept clean & safe, it was beautiful! In regards to problem resolution; It's all done now, and it is beautiful and with scheduling they even came earlier than we were anticipating. I have already recommended people to use Brock Windows. I was most satisfied with Brock Doors and Windows because the installation was flawless and the quality was impeccable. I'd like to recognize Kaileigh from head office, she was very good. I will probably use Brock again!!

Everything was wonderful with our entire experience. I have recommend Brock Doors & Windows to many people. I referred my neighbors and they are very satisfied as well. The staff and the installers were all great. I chose Brock Doors & Windows after eliminating four different installation companies. I was impressed with Brock's presentation and their quality of windows. They came on time to take measurements; they were on time for the installation, too. The installation was done professionally and I have no complaints. The installers cleaned up impeccably well. I am happy that my windows no longer fog up even in cold weather

The sales person, Dorian, knew exactly what I wanted. The installers were exception, very clean, polite, and would even clean as they were going. They provided great service for the money, the windows have already saved us money on the energy bill. They have also been quitter than I expected and they are very easy to open. I will use the company again when I do the basement. My experience has been great from beginning to end. The salesman even came back after the project was done when he didn't have to which was very nice. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

We ordered 18 windows and 3 exterior doors from Brock Windows and Doors. Sandy our sales rep was very helpful, friendly and patient as he took us throught the selection and ordering process. Cedo and his installation partner did an amazing job replacing our windows and doors , all which were from the 1960's and 1980's. The house looks brand new! The windows and doors were installed exactly to our satisfaction and every detail was looked after. I highly recommend Brock as this was the most stressless home reno i have ever gone through. Thank you!!

Brock were professional and the installers were quick and efficient. Love the new windows and the lower heating costs we will have this winter. Windows arrived as ordered. One window was measured incorrectly, but the installers returned with the correct size to finish the job.

We had previously in 2012 ordered windows from Brock so decided to order again. We werewolf 6 weeks installation waited 12. No replies to calls very frustrating. In addition issue with previous window installed and they will not resolve. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Totally disgusted .

Exceptionally unhappy with Brock. Really felt that going with a reputable, long standing company that spending $30K they would be the best to deal with. Felt confident with sales fellow Mike. Well - here I am 10 weeks later, I have no windows and am only now being contacted for final measure before they can fabricate. 10 weeks I should have been at install, not a re-measure. Now I get to wait approximately another 4-6 weeks to have an install. I ordered in 2 separate contracts - one was remeasured on Sept 21, 8 weeks and still no install date for those. It has been 10 weeks since contract was signed. When you order they say 4-6 weeks, although contract says up to 10. I'm at 8 (for second contract) and I doubt my windows will be ready in 2 weeks. I do not recommend Brock. Salesman now won't return emails and head office doesn't seem to make an effort to get a hold of you either when you leave messages. They leave message and say they are leaving office in 30 minutes. Exceptionally disappointed, really thought Brock was better than this.

I would rate our experience as 5 out of 5 in all areas. I was happy with the way they kept the job site. I am a contractor myself so I know how hard it can be to keep the area clean during work. During the entire process, Brock Doors and Windows kept the area clean and safe for me and my two year old daughter. We still have their sign in our lawn. We have also been letting everyone know how good of a job Brock did during this job. We were impressed that they were able to redo windows in a 100 plus year old house and still keep everything looking almost original. I would specifically like to recognize Mike, the foreman for the job who did an exceptional job. Their employees were very professional and courteous. Again I also appreciated how clean they kept the job site during and after the work. We are more then 100 percent satisfied with the service and the value for our money. I would give a 5 out of 5 for my experience as a whole.

We decided on Brock because we wanted North Star windows (we realize they are better windows, worse windows & roughly equivalent windows out there from other manufacturers). Brock eventually gave us the best price for triple glazed windows that other installers of North Star windows couldn't match. Furthermore, we were looking for warranty coverage on the installation side. Brock belongs to an industry group that provides improved warranty on the installation of the windows and patio door. The group will also mediate any possible dispositions. Many smaller installers and installers owned by the window manufacturer don't belong to this industry group. We also liked the fact that Brock included trim for around the windows that was wider than standard trim. This resulted in a lot touch up work & paint to the walls around where the windows were replaced. Small, but an important point that saved us lots of time & effort in the end. We did notice a significant improvement over the previous manufacturer windows (Fenbrook circa 1995). Less drafts and less noise. Can't comment on energy savings as this past winter was worse than the previous one and we haven't owned the house for more than two winters. I will say the interior frames for the windows are no longer cold the way they were with the old windows. As for the installation Brock assigned it to a team of two installers. The installers did a good job and pointed out areas where attention would be required. For example, the bricks below the windows on the southern facing exterior wall. This was expected as rain, snow and trickling water over the brick will eventually erode it based on the wall it was laid. I knew at some point in time I would have to hire a brick mason to look at this - replace the brick with cement (will look better too). However, the installation job really required a 3 person team so it took longer than expected. No real complaints on the installation side. One of the main windows (centre one) came with too many vertical grills that did not match the other two. Brock was advised of the error and the contact person confirmed that on the contract and a replacement was ordered and installed. The only issue I really had was after sale communication. I generally wasn't able to get quick replies either from the sales person or from the office reception. However, once I got in contact with Jim Weir from Brock I never had a communication issue with Brock. As a salesperson, Brian Vuckovic was good at suggesting options and colours. In addition, instead of trying to up-sell us on a front entrance he suggested we simply change the glass in the door and paint the entrance a colour that would complement the windows and the brick. This would give us a few more years without having to replace the front entrance with a new one. That's what we did and Brock will be our first choice in going with a new front entrance when it's time to replace it.
