Everything was on schedule, our windows are perfect for us and this little house that no one else cared about. I'm most satisfied with Install and quality control and look. Would like to recognize Michael Scanlan for exceptional service.

We are very pleased with the quality of the window product. The locking feature is good peace of mind. The triple pane makes a positive difference to block noise pollution. Brian was very professional and well informed. Stephan is a great installer and there was no mess afterwards. We will purchase Brock products in the future as we are very pleased with the whole experience.

I was pretty satisfied with Quality Of Materials. I think Brock Doors & Windows did a pretty good job. The guy who did the installation was efficient and did the job in a timely manor. Eugene, the installer, did a good job.

They were able to do the full install in 1 day and were able to work around some time constraints for noise ( I had some calls to attend to ).

Bill was great. Very knowledgeable and knows how to read his audience. He also delayed plans on a long weekend to finalize out contract. The crew leader was awesome. Managed his team extremely well and was very professional. would like to recognize for their exceptional service; both Bill Kovacs and the crew leader. (My apologies for not remembering his name) Brock Doors & windows provides great service both through their highly knowledgeable and detailed estimates and the fantastic installation. The quality of windows for the value is terrific and the lifetime transferable warranty is great value for both the homeowner and resale. The installation crew was efficient, clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows.

Windows were not the material I asked for, The installation was poor, I had to fix holes and torn drywall from where the windows were removed, Spent the weekend painting the jams. One window was delivered broken and another the wrong size. had to wait 6 weeks for them to come back and finish the job. I have asked several times for some kind of warranty on the windows, but all I get is ignored and silence.

We originally dealt with the sales person, who did a great job reassuring us of the quality of workmanship we could expect from company's installation crews. Unfortunately, all did not got well. They were in the house at least three times to finished the unfinished job. We were very frustrated and disappointed with the installation process and the installers.

installation went fine. Servicing is a total different story. That is due to the people coordinating and managing this. Lack of response and understanding of what needs to be done. Complete ignorance and alouf attitude with patronizing approach.

We ordered a new garage door from Brock after they did such a good job on our windows & doors for the house. We can't believe how quiet the new opener is. The door looks great.

Very happy with my Brock experience. Installers Eugene and Sasha were amazing. Paid very close attention to the details and everything turned out looking amazing. Very happy and would recommend the team to anyone. Price was extremely fair.
