Window installation
We had the windows in our home replaced in October 2014. After getting quotes from about six companies, we decided on Brock. Michael, the sales representative, was very helpful. He provided a written quote at the time of his visit, which only took about half an hour. He discussed the different types of windows with us, and recommended several options according to our house's structure. Two months after we signed the contract, they notified us that our windows were ready to be installed. Jay, Henry, and Leo, the installers, were very professional and did an excellent job. Our windows look very nice, especially the oak trim which Jay put in. Henry made sure to clean the windows from the outside after installing them. Leo and Jay gave us advice on which type of wood filler, paint, and stain to use. The installation only required a day, and the installers cleaned up all the garbage after they were done. We are very satisfied with Brock and would highly recommend them.

Doors
I am still waiting for one of two doors I ordered 6 months ago. I think they have run out of excuses. My phone calls and emails, go unanswered. I still have problems with the first door. It seems like they think that if they ignore you, you will go away.

new window
I am a small contractor and I was doing a complete kitchen renovation for a customer. Part of this renovation included cutting a hole in the basement wall and putting in a new triple pane frosted window. When the salesman from Brock showed up (his name is Sandy) he ask me if I wanted to take the measurement or should he. I told him I would like him to do the measurement, so he did. When he was done he explained that it would be 4-6 weeks before the window would be installed. Six weeks went by and the installer from Brock showed up to install the window, but he had a window that was too small and was not frosted, so we refused that window. I called Brock and told them what had happened. The lady on the phone said she would look into it and get back to me later that day. She never did call me back and it took two weeks to get any kind of an answer out of them at all. Even the home owner called them numerous times. Finally the home owner got someone on the phone and they blamed me for the mistake, saying I had measured wrong and I had not ordered frosted glass, even though my paper work say very plainly the glass was to be frosted. Then they told the home owner to go to Canadian Tire and buy a spray can and frost the glass herself. Finally after almost 3 months of having no window they showed up and install the proper window.

Window replacement
A couple of months ago my husband and I bought our first home. All of the original windows in the house were made of wood and needed to be replaced before the winter to avoid over paying for heating due to the cracks and holes on them. So we decided to replace them as soon as possible. We knew wasn't going to be cheap . After shopping aound in the market, we chose the windows provided by Brock Home Improvement because all the good reviews on Homestars and also because from all the window suppliers,they were reasonably priced and the service provided was excellent. We are very happy with our choice and you can't really go wrong when choosing the right company at Homestars. Looking forward to this winter. Thank you.

Door installation
Brock installed two windows in our 90 year old Toronto home. Riza and Tony took the time to examine our walls to ensure the new window would fit, they were courteous and professional and knew what they were doing even though our house isn't the easiest to deal with. Sandy the sales representative was knowledgable and clear, which was rare and a pleasure to deal with. We now have beautiful new windows that we're extremely pleased with, and bigger than we expected because Brock took the time to do it right, we're very happy.

Bay Window/Front Door
We ordered a new Bay Window and Front Door around April 10, 2014. We read great reviews about the company and they were having a free triple pane glass promo which prompted us even more to work with them. They promised the new window and door within 6-8 weeks. We did not get it installed until June 17. 2014, almost 11 weeks after ordering. Overall the window and door look amazing, however the installation is disgusting. They filled every nook with blobs (and I mean BLOBS) of caulk. When people come to our home they ask what happened? It is terrible. I would have expected a much cleaner job with some nice aluminum finishing on the outside not just BLOBS of caulk everywhere.

Window relacement
We had all the windows in our home replaced this summer (2014). I completed a very thorough review of window companies and educated myself in terms of features to consider when deciding upon a window company for a major job like ours. After meeting and getting quotes from 7 companies I decided on Brock. Their website was extremely helpful. Brian the sales representative was professional and thorough providing a written quote at the time of the visit which he took only about 90 minutes. We had some companies take 2-3 hours for their site visit and still needed to go back to their office to E-mail a quote. Brock's installer (Riza) was excellent. A true craftsman doing everything possible to complete the job on time while meeting high quality standards and making certain the workplace remained clean and orderly. Brock was not the least expensive however extremely competitive with a great reputation and warranty. I would recommend them to anyone looking at window replacement.

Window installation
Ordered 5 windows and a patio door. The entire process was great from beginning to end. Scott helped us pick the right windows for each location, and there were no high-pressure sales tactics. The installation was quick and thorough. The installers were meticulous (especially with the capping, which looks great) and did an excellent job. Wish I could remember their names. Would definitely use these guys again

windows
Hi Andrew: Your 2 installers, Derek and Brian were at my house for the 15th and 16th this week installing my 7 new windows and covering the half moon in the front with black vinyl. I must say that the windows are great, the vinyl work looks fine but I was most impressed with the service and attitude of your installers. Both Derek and Brian were pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable and worked at a steady almost, non stop pace. No wasting time, no breaks, amazing work ethic. They were as careful as they could be with the VINES and their attention to details in not scratching walls etc as they took materials in and out was commendable. Brock is indeed fortunate to have two such dedicated installers. I must say Andrew that your sales work was excellent , your promises kept and the timing was spot on for installation. My wife, Gail and I thank you, Derek, and Brian for renewing our faith in contractors, the quality of their product and their service levels. We would highly recommend that others utilize Brock Doors & Windows for all their window needs. Thanks so much, Paul & Gail Urben Brampton.
