We couldn't be happier with our two new windows and door. The gentlemen who installed them were punctual, very professional, friendly and new exactly what they were doing. Our beautiful picture window is a work of art. We found the price reasonable and my wife and I were very impressed by the workmanship and quality of the product We would highly recommend Brock to anyone looking to replace windows or doors in their home. Thanks to Bill for his knowledge and input when making our choices. We look forward to contacting Brock in the new year to complete the rest of our window upgrades.

Brock Window and Doors was very professional from the sales man to the installer. We knew how much we wanted to spend and Brock made it happen. The windows were installed 5 weeks later. Jay was the installer and we couldn't have asked for a better guy. He was friendly, polite and explained everything to us. If we hear of anyone looking for windows or doors, Brock would be the company we would recommend.

I was looking around at big box store window inserts and found many. But didn't find anything that compaired to the design and energy star rating that Brock advertises. The store and show room was well organized and the staff were informative without being obtrusive. There were many designs to look at and the decison was made easy as the sales rep asked me the right questions to help me narrow down my options. I would recommend Brock to any family or friend.

A professional company from start to finish. Sandy was a no-pressure salesman, which was refreshing after some of the others I had over. He knew the product was good, and that he had a competitive price, so there was no need to haggle. The installers were quick and tidy. Happy with the vinyl windows we chose.

Met with Bill from Brock back in mid June,'13 to have all 10 windows built and installed, including a front door. He was very professional and reasonable to deal with. I chose Brock Windows because of their Home Stars rating and they seem to be a reputable company. But my problem started as soon as we try to schedule the installation as we wanted them all to be installed no later than the first week of August. From the sales pitch it was 4-6 weeks, upon signing it became 6-8 weeks, during the back and forth follow up, it became 8-10 weeks. Needless to say, our windows eventually got all installed after 12 weeks!! After that 3 more issues followed; Installed the wrong colour on the door (big disappointment), installed wrong door handle, and the doors were slightly crooked. I understand how busy this business can get especially during summer, but they also need to know that as consumers, we all have a LOT of options in this category. Everyone will make mistakes, its just a matter of how each and every one choses how to resolve them. Will they come out clean and take full accountability? Or will they try and sell you stories to convince you otherwise??? The door colour they were insistent that they delivered the right one, except they allowed me to see the box that was clearly labeled the wrong colour??? after that it was all back pedalling to my disgust. The wrong door handle, they argue again that it was the one that I ordered, except the salesman actually took photos and gave me a copy of the invoice that clearly indicated otherwise! So guess what?? They installed what they had and hoped that I wouldn't mind. After being called out, they said that it was now discontinued and this was the closest thing that they could find fitting??? So why didn't you tell me??? Anyways, after going back and forth they refunded me $100 for the trouble. The problem was, had I not complained, they would have gotten away Scott-free??? Customer service did its job and helped rectify the situation. But for the amount of investment, it just left a bitter taste as I had to fight for what I was promised and should've been delivered in the first place.

Walter Hawkins was the most knowledgeable representative that we obtained quotes from. His quote was also the best. The manufacturer eventually had difficulty shipping the size of the door plus transom required. At this time Walter and Mike reviewed the situation and our issues. They recommended that we keep the existing doors and suggested other solutions to our concerns. The order was cancelled and they speedily returned our deposit. We will only deal with Brock in the future.

Two things make for a great job. The product has to be the BEST and the installer has to shine. Both met our expectations & we would highly recommend them. Kudo's to Mark, the installer. We could not be any happier with the windows from Brock and the professional install.

My dad is 83 and has been living in Brampton for over 50 years-- when choosing a window company, there was a lot of choices from! A competitor company came to the house and quoted my dad $5,000 and was at his home for 15 minutes--no explanation on timelines or warranties---A flyer came to the door and inside was an advertisement for brook windows-- My dad called the Brampton location and a salesmen was there right away--- a quote was given with timelines ,6 to 8 weeks and a warranty of 25 years-- a service person came and measured the quite large door and glass above and sides. My dad requested flashing both sides of the outside casing--- no problem said the service person-- a deposit was given--- the door and windows came on time and the instillation went off without a hitch!! He is very pleased with Brock Doors and Windows and would use them again--- money well spent he said!!! Thanks for the great service and product---His happy son!!!!

Employees were very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Communication was excellent. Product was exactly as described and the installation went very smoothly. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the installation.

I am very happy and pleased with the professional service that Brock provided. From the salesman, Bill to the installers Riza and Aladin, they were extremely helpful, punctual and friendly. The cost was very reasonable and the windows are very well made. The best part is that my house looks so beautiful!! Thank you for everything to everyone at Brock!
