Extremely pleased with the way this company serviced our requirements. Initially the sales rep (Dorin Clupac) who quoted prices was very informative and exact in the info he supplied. The installer (Eric) was nice enough to call ahead(as we had requested) as we had to get control of our dog, so as not to interfere with his work. Installation was done in great time and in a very professional manner. Installer also answered all my questions regarding the product, and was meticulously clean and tidy about any debris , dirt and old windows parts and removed all and left our property very clean. We will be considering using this company next year or so, when we may have to have doors replaced. Definitely recommend them to our friends /relatives. Lawrence Salvati (larry.salvati@gmail.com)

Wonderful experience. You can only compare if you have used other companies. I called a local company we had used before and left my phone number and no one returned my call. I received a huge flyer in the local newspaper for another company and I felt that the consultation was somewhat unprofessional in that there was no actual signed estimate and the salesman seemed to be in a hurry. I called Brock because they had a great ad in the paper. The salesman came to our house once with brochures and advice, and then came once again for more suggestions on style. Brock sent out someone to properly measure. Brock then called to set up a date and time. It was a chilly day and the installers worked quickly and although I had hot coffee for them, they set the cups aside until they felt they could take a break. Any sign of mess was cleaned up nicely, both inside and out. After I sent in the evaluation, I received an apologetic call from Brock staff as to my name being misspelled on all paperwork. I will definitely recommend Brock Doors & Windows Inc.

Excellent service..from sales person to the professional installers. Sales suggested best quality and design reasonable price..expertly installed-clean and tidy from start to finish. installer showed us how to clean and maintain. I highly recommend Brock.

THE SIX OLD WINDOWS WERE REMOVED SO CAREFULLY FROM OUR RECENTLY PAINTED ROOMS; WE DIDN'T HAVE TO TOUCH UP THE INSIDE! WE'RE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND LOVE THE NEW WINDOWS.

After much dithering, stalling, and a "no quote" from another well-known window supplier, we finally took advantage of Brock's ad for an upgrade to triple-glaze. The sales rep. who came to our house was knowledgable, honest and fair, and due to him we signed a contract. The windows were installed earlier than expected, by a professional team, each of whom introduced themselves, and appeared to have a different task. The job was completed well before dinner, and included clean-up both inside and outside, even vacuuming the hall carpets. We love the look of our new casement windows, and are very happy customers!

From the in home quote, visit to showroom, completion of job and product satisfaction, I had a completely positive experience with no pressure. Very Happy Consumer! I am a senior woman on my own and had three quotes from reputable companies but just felt Brock was right for me. Everyone was so professional.
