I was very pleased with the expertise of the gentlemen who measured and installed my bedroom windows. They were courteous, clean and efficient and did a very good job. Even a friend commented on what a good job they had done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I wanted to replace the remaining nine windows in my house with high efficiency windows.I used Brock 12 years ago to replace my front windows and to install my custom front enclosure. the service was outstanding and the speed of the installation was truly amazing.the installer arrived at my house at 7:30 am and was completely finished by 12:50pm. i could not be more pleased with the new windows and the service of the installer. I highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows.

I had Brock Windows and Doors install 2 sets of patio doors on my house. Unfortunately, I've encountered service problems with the company since the day I agreed to use them... 1 - Price they originally quoted was not honored, and they came back asking for more money. 2 - I was told the doors would take 3 weeks to make, they actually took 5 3 - After the first rainfall, one of the two doors began leaking. I called in to get someone out ASAP. The sales person simply directed me to the service center hotline, when I called there they were completely indifferent, had no sense of urgency, and it has now been 4 days without a response. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. The doors are nice, and for the most part installed properly (except for the leak) But, they do not fullfill their service guarantees in any way shape or form.

My wife and i were recently shopping for a bay window, and after receiving five different quotes,( which ranged in price from twenty- seven hundred to eight- thousand dollars!), we were sold on Brock Doors and Windows for approx forty-five hundred dollars. Our salesperson-Terry, was very knowledgeable, and we were impressed with the quality features of Northstar Windows, which is Brock's premium choice. We really liked the feature with the bay window that ties in two steel rods above the window to the fascia for extra support, not to mention insulated seat and header. Our installer, Dan and his helper Randy, were incredibly professional every step of the project. Dan also pointed out that our old window- approx 100 inches wide, was held in place by one screw!. They istalled the window with extra insulation, did a fantastic job on our oak casing all around the window and properly cleaned up at the end of the project. We our extremely pleased with the whole experience, and would recommend Brock doors and windows to anyone.

Very happy with my new front window. It gives a whole new look to the house. Service was painless, (quick & with the least mess). The installers were friendly & professional. The warranty is another very welcome feature. I have had other replacements by Brock before & always been very satisfied.

The sales rep Mark was very informative about the products. He was able to answer questions without any hesitation. Mark who installed the windows with his crew were very professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning up.

Brock doors & windows replaced 2 bathroom and 4 bedroom windows. Mike, the sales rep was very informative but I should have inquired about having triple glass to block out the noise since they are bedroom windows. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will call them when I need windows replaced in the future.

Within 4 days of call, sales rep, arrived to assess - quote - informative & reasonable. 6 weeks later new windows installed. Installer - very good, quick & efficient. Would recommend again.

Overall: very good product, but weak customer service I recently purchased 3 windows + installation from Brock for my home in downtown Toronto. The quote was the highest of the 3 we received, but the estimator was friendly and took the time to explain the job. This made me generally more comfortable with Brock than the others. The windows needed to be installed on the weekend, and the installers were accommodating in finding a date. The installers arrived half an hour late, but otherwise were courteous and clean. There were a couple of problems that I later contacted the general manager to discuss: 1) the installers had left some black markings on my bedroom wall (just under the window) 2) there was a lot of street noise coming in from the main window in the master bedroom (I live on a busy street and Brock recommended triple-glazed windows to minimize noise. So I was pretty surprised / disappointed when the new window was louder than the old one). It was a little difficult to reach the manager, taking a few days to reply each time. In the end, I cleaned up the wall myself and decided to live with the noisy window. About a month later, I realized there had been an installation flaw with one of the window catches, which was preventing the window from closing fully and led to the excessive noise. I fixed it myself and the window is much better now (to be fair, Brock did offer to send someone over when I notified them of the installation problem). Overall, the windows are obviously high quality. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but not major. If the customer service follow up had been better, I would have been more happy about the whole job.

Brock installed a bay window, basement and front facing windows for our newly purchased home. Although, they were not the cheapest, Brock had a solid reputation and the references were very good. Amry installed the windows in one day, did a great job and left the house in a very clean state. They had to come back and change our bay window canopy, but did this free of charge and it looks great! Elisa in Thornhill, May 24, 2012
