    Sliding patio door Chestnut brown

    It was during the first part of Covid and the store manager greeted me according to the new rules in place for his safety and for mine. He was able to pull up my account and match the colour to my windows from my previous purchase a year ago. The whole service was very professional and friendly, The delivery date was exactly what he quoted. I would definitely recommend Brock windows and doors and I’m looking forward to my next purchase

    Excellent service. Quality product and installation service. Timely appointment and cleanup.

    Rear upstairs windows replaced along with upgraded window interior window casing. Efficient Installation time and cleanup process. Highly recommend Brick Windows to anyone looking for professional window replacement or installation.

    Patio door and storm door replaced

    We just had a new patio door and storm door installed last week by Brock Doors and Windows. The installer was amazing. You would never know that we had the doors replaced when he left - cleanup was great. The installer had extra work to do once he took out the old patio door due to water damage and rot to the facer board. Work was all done professionally. The doors actually arrived a couple weeks earlier than expected too! We are happy and will definitely use them again.

    Replacement of all of our front windows

    Stefan and his crew arrived early, started work immediately, kept the interior of the house very clean, and had minimal impact on the garden right below the windows that were replaced! They were careful to point out each stage of the job to me, and cleaned both the inside and outside areas thoroughly when they finished. The process was positive from the first time we met our sales rep, Rick, to the final installation today working with Stefan!

    Storm Door

    I have been a loyal Brock customer for years. There was a discrepancy in colour between the estimate and contract. I am now out of pocket to match the storm door with my enclosure. Brock offered a gift certificate which I will not be using as I will no longer have dealings with Brock. Customer loyalty does not appear to be valued by this company.

On the signed copy of your contract, it states the colour as being brown, and you were advised by your representative that bronze was not an available option. The gift certificate is not to be redeemed within our stores, it would be for your own personal use at one of the many restaurants it's applicable for.     Back windows replacement

    One of old glass windows was broken and others had leaking issues. So I had contact Brock. Their salesman Sandy was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasure deal with. Mark called to arrange an installation appointment. The installers, Stephen and Dave arrived on time and did excellent job installing our new windows. My wife loves new windows. I would definitely recommend Brock to my friends. We appreciate your help. Thank you.

    We love our new Windows!

    Excellent Windows! After contacting a few window companies for product options & pricing, our decision to go with Brock Doors & Windows was easy! Our product professional, Kristian, provided an accurate detailed quotation & Brock’s pricing was very affordable, considering we were getting triple pane at a similar price to the double pane products from the other Companies. Installation was as scheduled, all 7 windows were installed in one day. Our property was left very clean. The installer’s attention to detail when installing the interior trim was amazing. We have received many very positive comments from neighbours about how great the windows look, we choose the black exterior & it makes our house look super modern. We are VERY happy! Would definitely recommend Brock! N&G

    Brock Service

    We had 2 Phantom screens installed on our patios and 3 windows on our second floor. The products were amazing and the workmanship was outstanding. The workers arrived when they said would and cleaned up the site perfectly. We are pleased to recommend Brock in Innisfil highly.

    Front door and upstairs windows replaced

    Front the start of the process with sales to the install. It was great experience. Instead of being just sold to, we were educated with what our choices would result in and that helped us make some changes. Otherwise, we would not have been happy with the result. There was a small issue during the installation that was quickly resolved. We are very happy and when we do our downstairs windows, we will be going back to Brock. They may not have been the cheapest, but they did more than just sell us a door and some windows. They made sure we were making the right choices.

    windows & doors

    had a great experience with Brock Windows & Doors. The salesman was wonderful. He answered all my questions and allowed me to take my time to make decisions with no pressure. I felt like I was given adequate information to make the best decisions for each window and door I was replacing. The windows and doors arrived within the time frame I was given. I was so excited for my products to be installed and I was not disappointed. The installers were friendly and accommodating. They worked efficiently. They were as tidy as they could be. They had no problem explaining the process to me when I asked questions. I am absolutely thrilled with all my windows and doors. The products are high quality and the installation was well done. I have had no issues. Can't say enough good things about this company overall.
