I wasn't blown away by the service. Took a while to get a quote and then my installation date was rescheduled because the installer had an "emergency" to attend to. Also, I was billed incorrectly and have to wait for a refund. Maybe this was a one off situation because most people seem to have no issues with them. In my situation, I would have hoped for an apology or compensation for all the wait time, but nothing like that happened.

That's how long it took Brock Windows to replace the ugly, drafty, out dated windows in our (1882 built) home. Every step of the job was handled expertly, from Mark the sales rep, who made sure we understood what we were getting and what we wanted, to Raimond (the job foreman) and his crew, who worked tirelessly to install our beautiful, new windows into our crazy house where every centimeter of floor, wall, ceiling and window openings is irregular. It was painful watching him struggle but he completed the job beautifully without complaining once. The clean up was immaculate and we will be forever in his debt for graciously and carefully removing and replacing the transom stained glass windows on both floors! The product is gorgeous -- especially the quality and colour of the exterior paint (baked on?). Triple glazing -- may cost more, but it's the way to go in this climate. There is a HUGE difference in the air quality and the look of our home. For privacy we chose pebbled(?) glass for the kitchen and dining room. It allows natural light in and looks beautiful. Bonus -- they have the best prices around. From consultation to completion, we had expert service all the way. In a day!!! Unbelievable.

Took about a week to get a sales call, but once we made contact, rep (Ken) was very informative and made helpful recommendations. Installer (Rob) arrived on time, finished on time, very clean job. He had to make a few tricky angle cuts, and once he was finished, you would never notice. We got four quotes, Brock prices were in line. And, the new windows do look really good. Post sale follow-up has been good. All in all, a sound reliable job.

After spending many hours reviewing window replacement companies on line I selected 3 for quotes. Of the 3 companies Brock was by far the most informative and instructional as to how the process of installing the windows would go forward if selected. Their Sales Rep was on time which to me is an indication of a companys organizational ability to perform as they say they can. We have had the windows in for 9 months now and are pleased to say not a single issue arose from the install. From the quote to cleanup a painless project.

We have used Brock to replace all of windows and doors over the past 3 years. Their work is excellent, from quality of the product to clean up. They arrive on scheduled, are polite, great craftsmanship from framing to installing the facings for doors and windows. They clean up, no slivers of left over material left behind. Never had any problems with doors or windows.

Got several quotes.Brock sales rep. sold me what I wanted with good terms. Installation crew were very professional&Iwas comfortable having them in my house..Neighbours are complimenting me on my home for the 1st time in years.

I must have had 10 different quotations, but none made me feel as confident as Terry from Brock. Our decision was based on value for the money and we felt that Brock providing the North Star product and supplying excellent installation made the difference. We were right, Edward made sure that everything went smoothly and we received everything we asked for, with Edward ensuring proper fit and satisfaction. You get what you pay for!

When I was first searching for a company to install a new bow window on our house, I checked three different places. Price was not my major concern, even though, of course, it was a factor. When Mark came, he was very knowledgeable, and suggested only what was necessary. He talked me out of things that we didn't need. That was the deciding factor in our decision. He was not pushy, and took the time after the business side was finished, to talk about other issues, that didn't concern windows. The window was installed in good time, and cleaning up was done. When a small problem was found, I phoned Brock Windows to get it fixed. There was no argument on their part at all. In fact, they did more to repair it than was necessary. I would definitely recomment them to anyone

I'm very pleased with the work that was done. The windows look great and the installer did an excellent job. I have recommend Brock to other neighbours and friends. I have one more window and a sliding door to install and I plan to use Brock for this project. Thank you for the good service.

I had a few days ago, four windows from my upper floor, replaced by Brock Windows. (This is Thornhill, Richmond Hill area.) Starting from the sales person to the technician who installed the windows, the experience was really great and unexpectedly pleasant. Sokol the technician and his aide did not cut any corner. With great care for the house and always listening and addressing all our unexperienced concerns I cannot recommend more the company in general and this technician in particular. If you need good quality windows, professionalism and a good price, do not hesitate to contact Brock.
