The best thing about Brocks is the Windows they use which are actually made by North Star - a different company. The first time I worked with Brocks, I wasn't quite happy with their installers. The reason I brought them for the second time was I like the quality of North Star windows and hoping to get a more qualified installer this time but unfortunately it didn't happen. In fact, the second installer replaced 4 windows and caused noticeable damage on the wall paint around 3 windows. I called Brock and asked for compensation. They requested pictures of the damaged areas which I took and emailed them. Few days later, the installer called me and offered a $100 credit as compensation but I told him this should be reflected on the Brock invoice and I'm not dealing with him directly. The week after, someone from brock called me and the issue was escalated to John who was said to be the owner of Brocks. John only called me to ask how soon they'd receive the payment. I asked him if he had few minutes to listen to my feedback. He said yes and I started explaining why I'm unhappy with Brock's service. Apparently, he didn't have the patience to listen to his customer. We only talked about less than a minute. Suddenly, he put me on hold and transferred me to their accounting which right away asked: "so how are you paying the outstanding amount?" This is neither respectful nor professional and particularly I didn't expect it from a person at this level.

After doing a lot of homework, and getting several quotes, we decided Brock was the best option based on their product and their pricing. On the day of the installation, Mike and his crew were very clean and tidy and extremely polite and efficient. We were very impressed and are pleased with the quality of the windows. A job well done.

The installation of the doors was fine, but there was a discrepancy with the storm door and I had a difficult time with the company to finally have the manufacturer repair it. The installer put my old trim back on and since then I've seen how beautiful new doors look with a new trim which is what I believe I was supposed to receive. So to have spent $2000. and have an old trim sure doesn't look nice and now I'll have to spend more money to have someone else replace the trim

We wanted to upgrade 5 windows in our detached home. We found the Brock salesman the most knowledgeable and professional of the salesmen we experienced. Even though they were not the cheapest, they were competitive and had the credentials and Window quality to make it worthwhile. The installers came and went with no issues, we're very happy with our new windows and went through the winter with no problems.

Once spring arrived we knew we needed some new windows for our home. After we shopped around a few companies, and the saw the products they each had to offer we decided on Brock. The windows look great on our home and we couldn't be happier with our decision. thanks guys!

From sales to the installation everything ran smoothly as described. The salesman was very clear and concise on the process, the timelines and the description of the product. The installer called ahead to schedule the visit and installation. He should up on time and was very professional. Everything was cleaned up after the install and left everything in prestine condition.

We had Brock do our windows in two stages in 2002 and 2003 (half each year). Had the good fortune to get the same lead installer both years a Finnish gentleman named SAKU who I strongly recommend and requested him for installation the second year. He is very experienced and takes the time to do the little touches. I researched window standards, spacers and "Window Wise" before contacting Brock and had already decided "Northstar" was the make of window I wanted (because their spacer and seals gave you warm edge technology which carries on thru the entire glass.) Altogether we had 17 major windows replaced including 2 three pane bay windows. Not one of these windows has ever leaked or had a problem since. Brock was not the lowest price window supplier but the window standards were there and obviously the quality at this point is clear. A friend of mine also had Brock do his windows the next year but in their budget line rather than "Northstar". He had to replace 3 of them last winter (under warranty from Brock). New windows were provided no charge he just had to pay $50 each for labour to replace them. SAKU was not involved in this installation. I would recommend Brock and Northstar based on my experience and would use them again. - not sure about the budget line but thats a quality vs cost issue everyone faces. By the way on the one minor question I had and emailed recently Mike Nolet responded in less than one hour with detailed information.

Very professional sales rep (Sandy) - no pressure. Excellent product offering and very competitive pricing. The team that installed the windows and doors were fantastic (Mike,Billy & Ron). In fact I used Brock last year on my rental property and I was so impressed that I had them back this year to do my own home. I have recommended them to many friends and neighbours that are considering replacing their windows and doors. Thanks Brock Doors & Windows for making my home look beautiful!

I had a very good experience with Brock Home Improvement Product, which installs Northstar windows. The windows are fabulous, Mark the salesmen knows his job and Eric the installer is very good and detail orientated. The price was fair and the quality of work almost perfect. You cannot go wrong with this golden trio: Northstar, Mark, and Eric.

I would highly recommend Brock Windows for your home improvements. From the Sales person, Pat, who was very knowledgeable and patient to the installation team who were courteous and flexible you should have no issues when using Brock Windows.
