    Amazing!

    Brock has come to our house on 3 separate occasions. First 2 visits were to replace doors and the last one, windows. We have dealt with Bill Kovacs from the beginning and he is an amazing representative. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and always courteous. You should be very proud to have him on your team. As for the work and workers, nothing but good things to say. The work was very well done and in a professional manner. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. No negatives whatsoever!

    Last of 3 projects completed

    This was our 3rd round of installations that we have purchased from Brock. Again, top quality product, work and customer service from start to finish. This time, we purchased 2 new windows and had a large living room window converted to a patio door. Very professional company from sales agents (on time, no pressure, covid19 compliant) to installers (on time, clean, friendly, attention to detail). We definitely feel that we made the right decision in replacing all doors and windows in our home over the last 3 years through Brock. Thank you for your service!

    Multiple windows

    Brock windows have installed multiple windows in our house the last few years. Our account manager is always professional and helpful and we’ve had no issues with installation. The prices are fair and there are always great promotions. We always recommend Brock Windows to friends.

    Replace sliding patio door

    Base on a neighbour recommendation and Brock rating at BBB, we chose Brock to do our sliding patio door replacement. From the initial contact to communicating with the sales rep., the field survey and the installation, everything went smoothly. The field rep. caught a potential error with the side of door opening. Good job. The sales rep. explained very well about the options available. The installer did a very good and neat job. Above all Brock followed up with a call a couple weeks after the job was completed. Overall we are very please that we have chosen Brock and would highly recommend to our friends and family.

    Patio Door

    We had to replace a large 8 foot patio door and Steve gave us some good suggestions on different options. He was very patient and despite some delays due to Covid and having a hard time deciding what we wanted, we had our door installed in May. The installer was very professional and did a very neat and tidy job. We would recommend Brock for a quality product at a competitive price.

    Window Install

    Brock Doors and Windows did all the windows on our second floor. Our salesperson, Steve, was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and he offered us his experience and what he thought was applicable and good for our house. The installation experience was also amazing. Scott was the installer and he did an excellent, he was clean and precise with the installation. Overall, I don’t think we could’ve had a better experience. We totally recommend them.

    Patio Door

    Brock Doors and Windows made and installed a custom made patio door for me. I dealt with Steve Morgan who was more than helpful and courteous through every step of the process which was not easy since we were in the middle of a pandemic. our installer, Collin Ropson was extremely good at his craft and was very meticulous at his work. He explained everything to me and his clean-up was great. I highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    Quality and value

    I have windows replaced in the past and always thought it was a good job. Until I hired BROCK to finish up the last 6 I needed done. I always though BROCK was going to be pricy, but I found a promotion and had a quote. What a shock, was the same price as my previous companies quote and a better product! I'm very happy and glad to recommend BROCK to all my friends.
