The window purchase and installation through Brock Home Improvement was exceptional from the ordering right through to installation. They were punctual, on time and knowledgable. They adhered to time lines and followed-up as needed. There was no "chasing" around involved. The installation was clean. My living room was left in the same state as it had been found. (Wonderful!). I would highly recommend them for any window purchases/installation needs that you may have. I can truly say that the entire process was painless and left me with no regrets. They are definitely worth the price!!

The arrangements for the quotation and scheduling the work were done smoothly and exactly as scheduled. The installer had a problem with some trees that had grown in the window wells, but he removed these cheerfully, something long overdue and very welcome. The product is excellent and the installation workmanship was top quality. Our house looks 100% better.

Brock Home Improvements installed new windows a few years ago and we were very pleased with the result. When we decided to replace additional windows this year, we called them. The president, John Nolet, visited our home and explained our options and pricing in clear detail. We actually bought two more windows than planned, and with no regrets! The installer, Jim Wier, was a joy. He was punctual, competent, friendly and did a great job. We plan additional work next year and will put in a special request for Jim.

It was close. but we just happened to catch Mike Nolet in the showroom as we were shopping for windows. He answered all our questions and then visited our house for measurements and prices. Our purchase wasn't large but we were treated like important customers. The windows were of high quality and the installation was impeccable. Eric the installer is a wizard with a caulking gun. The job from order to install was done in the estimated time frame. Our thanks to Brock Home Improvements for a simple and excellent experience with a home improvement project.

Rob the installer for Brock Windows is a true craftsman. His work was very professional and he was meticulous about the details of installing our windows. We had twelve 70-year-old windows replaced. After the speedy installation we felt like we had purchased a brand new home. What a difference the new windows have made for the look and feel of our home. We are looking forward to reduced energy bills over the next year! We highly recommend Brock to install new windows, the price was great, the installation was superb, clean and fast!

I used Brock 6 years ago when I bought my house. They replaced all the windows, a front door, a side door and a french door. I was very impressed with their service and quality of the windows and doors. This year I decided to hire them to replace two windows and a side door. The salesman accommodated my work schedule and came to my house at 8pm. We discussed the project and he also gave me tips for my future renovation projects and how to maintain the solarium. They called me to reconfirm the installation date a week before the project start date. The contractor provided me with excellent services. He was courteous, polite, considerate, hardworking and professional. He has good work ethics and craftmanship. Their price was reasonable given the high quality of the Winstar windows. These two projects make me a customer of Brock for life. I will certain use Brock for my future renovation projects.

We were extremely pleased with the service and products we received through Brock. The company is professional and timely in the service they provide. We were especially pleased with the installation and input their installer provided (while measuring for retrofit windows, he discussed pros/cons and we actually upgraded to BRICK TO BRICK installation and are thrilled with the end results.
