We signed a contract with Brock Windows to replace four windows in our home....in the kitchen, living room, a bedroom and foyer, plus a new front door. Our contracted price was more than competitive and the service was exceptional, from the initial quote to the installation, which took place within the projected time frame. The clean-up was equally efficient. I would recommend Brock to anyone contemplating home renovations involving windows and/or doors. We were and still are very impressed with all aspects of their work.

Our ground floor windows, purchased from Brock windows, are of excellent quality. We noticed an immediate elimination of noise and more importantly drafts from window air leaks. We are confident we will experience a 20% reduction in our heating costs this winter. The installers were outstanding. They arrived at the appointed time and were informative of what they were doing. They also went to great lengths to make sure we understood how to get the best from our new windows. I will purchase all of my future window needs from Brock, and encourage all of my friends to do so.

I needed 3 storm doors and a window covering. Brock was able to give me a ball park quote at the showroom, which I appreciated since I didn't know if I could afford all 3 doors at once. The installer, not a salesperson, came to measure and inspect the site for any problems. I was provided with a colour sample so that I could have my house doors painted while the storms were being made. They were ready when promised and the installation went very quickly and cleanly. He took away all the old doors and left everything very tidy. I couldn't be more pleased.

From initial contact, to completion (new door, sidelight and transom) the project was a definite win. The salesman was knowledgeable and thorough. The installer was an expert in his trade. Calls to head office were handled with promptness and with completeness.

We had a new bay window installed in our family room. We were very pleased with the professionalism of both the salesman and the installers. The installers were very efficient and left no mess upon completion.

An Excellant Company to deal with. Last fall we purchased 8 new wall to wall windows from Brock after getting several quotes from other businesses. Brock's service was fantastic! Starting with a knowledgable Sales person. No Hassels or Pressures to purchase and an excellent installation crew (neat, clean and professional). After installation service was also great! Even 6 months later when we thought we had a problem with one of our windows we received prompt and very professional service. I inadvertantly had not closed a window properly and called to say one of the windows was letting air in. A service tech was dispatched immediately and very professionaly explained what I had done incorrectly without making me feel like a total idiot by not embarrassing me. We are planning 8 more windows and two doors in the near future and will definitely be dealing with Brock again!

Recommendations for replacement were superior to competitors. Vast array of samples available. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Took precisely the construction time they predicted - contractor working next door said it couldn't be done! Workers courteous and competent and left worksite clean and tidy Work was performed during very hot weather, but workmen decined offer of cold beer and accepted only soda or water. One small construction problem was reported and Brock returned to correct it within hours. A second problem (relating to disruption of the security system) was reported, but never addressed, necessitating replacement of system. Conclusion: Would recommend for quality of materials and wormanship, but pay attention to peripheral matters which may be ignored. Jackson L. Chercover

Brock provided a quality product at a reasonable price. The sales representative was quite knowledgeable and the installer and crew were amazing! They were quick, friendly and didn't leave any mess! I have recommended them to friends!

(Porch enclosure)This company did what they said they would do and more!!! From the start with jim the salesman who took so much time to explain in detail about there products and what would be done and without the sales pressure that you find with companys,work was started at the time given and finished in one day as promised. The installer i did not get his name but his workmanship was second to none every little detail was carefully done, and redone if not quite right,this person is a great asset to the company working the way he does with such care and devotion and when finished not a spec of dust anywhere he even cleaned the windows after he had finished. I would recomend this company to all because they do what they say and do it very well and in the time they say it will be done!!!
