    Multiple windows and sliding doors Main floor

    Already having upper level windows replaced by Brock we completed the remaining main floor windows 01APR20 . Our installation crew was Stefan and Pavel. Removal of windows was quick and the replacement and installation was well organized. The trim installation seemed effortless and they were quick and efficient cleaning up afterwards. These guys are good! They know what they're doing! Thanks

    Windows and door review

    I have 14 windows 1 patio door and a front door that I wanted changed in my home, I sought a number of quotes from very good companies. How did I decide on a company you may ask?Well it was not the price because Brock was not the cheapest. It was the super spacer and the build quality of the North Star window. I wanted a window and a after sales service that could stand the test of time. Having made my decision the second step would be the process. How many hiccups would the be. Appointment for quote. On time. Appointment for window measurements. On time Instillation day. On time. Length of time to install. Finished one day early Honestly I was expecting and looking for a reason to find fault but I couldn’t find one. The cost was high but the standard and quality was also high. Would I recommend Brock Windows? I would have to say yes!! Michael P.

    Window purchase & installation

    We needed to replace a bedroom window. So, as in the past we call Whitby's experts. From purchase to installation...the service was awesome. As always....your staff is friendly....professional....and knowledgeable. 5++ Star company a the way. Keep it up....

    New Front Door

    Our experience began with our initial quote. The representative was able to answer our questions, show us options and help us make a choice that addressed our needs. While we waited for our new door to be installed, questions were answered quickly. Once the day of installation arrived, the 2 gentlemen were quick, polite, and cleaned up well. Before leaving, they led me through an inspection to be sure I was pleased with the work, all was great. Unfortunately, the doorbell did not work later that same day. I emailed Brock Doors and was pleased to receive a phone call the next day and the bell was repaired the very next day. Yes, I would certainly recommend Brock Windows and Doors!

    Great service from everyone that I dealt with at Brock Doors and Windows. They were very detailed during the entire process, showed up on time and completed the installation to perfection.

    Doors & Windows

    I had all new doors and windows put in my house and we love them, they look amazing. The installers were very professional and very respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend Brock doors and windows.

    Doors and windows

    Used Brock D&W to replace all windows, doors in our house. Everyone we dealt with was great (Salesman, showroom staff, scheduler) and the installation team (Chase, Mark and Cody) was fantastic - hard workers, polite, tidy and did excellent work. Very impressed.

    Windows install

    Stefan installed our windows in a timely manner. Stayed late to complete the project. He did his best to make sure we were happy with the end result. Thank you Nelia & Victor

    Double Front Door Installation

    We purchased double front entry doors for our home. They were installed by Chase & Cody and they did an excellent job. The doors look beautiful. The installers arrived on time and did a great job. The fit and finish of the doors and all the trim was perfect. They were very good about putting down drop sheets and cleaning up afterward. They explained all the workings of the doors and were in and out in less than 3 1/2 hours. Job well done/1

    Bay Window & Sliding Door

    Sales rep Dora was amazing from the first time I called. She helped me design and pick the sandstone colour theme. Then she sent an amazing crew that did the install. They were professional and kept the work area clean. Definitely recommend Brock Windows and Doors.
