    4 windows and an entry door.

    I recently had Brock doors and windows install 4 windows and a front door. I am so pleased with the experience from the salesperson, to the installers. The finished products look amazing. Thank you Brock.

    Bay Window and Storm door

    We are very happy with the installation of both the bay window and the storm door. It feels much warmer in the house already and very quiet from the busy street noise outside. We got the triple window with the krypton gas. Very happy. thank you.

    Dinning room..Kitchen..Bedroom windows

    We saw a commercial on TV about Brook Windows and doors buy 1 window and get the second one for 50% off for tripple glass windows. We called and made appointment for a estimate..they came out and measured..It was a Great price and they did a Excellent job in all areas..Highly recommended them

    Windows

    We were very pleased with our recent purchase of 5 windows. From the initial free estimate through to the install and follow up it has been great. The installation crew was very courteous and friendly also and did a great job with the clean up as well.

    10 Windows, patio door and front door and retractable screen

    Very satisfied with salesperson and service people. Kept us informed on everything and cleaned everything daily. Everything looks lovely. The patio door has blinds built in and great for dogs.

    Front Window Replacement

    We had a single window replaced with Brock. Despite the small job the sales guy was very courteous and informative, and the job was done in a very reasonable timeframe on the day scheduled. All the discounts still applied despite the low cost for the project. They even repaired the trim that was damaged from the previous window at no cost. Highly recommended.

    New windows for very old General Store converted into a living space!

    We had 11 windows installed in our century home, and we could not be happier with our experience with Brock Doors & Windows. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and friendly. The price was amazing, and our installers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We could not be happier with the experience! Would highly recommend to anyone in the marker for windows/doors!

    Replacing upper level bedroom windows and replace two main doors to back yard becks.

    From the initial sales call through the dimension checks to on-time and seamless installation we were extremely pleased Brock’s departments who worked as a coordinated team. A call to determine our preference for keyed-alike doors was additionally appreciate. Brock’s varied product options, recommendations and competitive and all inclusive pricing was impressive.

    Cottage renovation

    We had the entire front wall of windows at our cottage and door replaced by Brock. We have been so impressed by the workmanship, kindness and service they provided. Starting with the sales person, who answered all of our questions, had much patience and worked with us to get what we needed. The installation was very well done. Their neat workmanship and friendliness was much appreciated. The job was done perfectly with minimal mess. We are so impressed with Brock that we will be using them for our next install in the Spring.

    One year later, still not fixed

    I went with Brock, thinking that they are reliable and give good quality work and products. Windows were installed 2018 October. Soon after installers left, discovered that there was a problem with the trim of a window. Took photo and sent to them. They said that they would come and fix it. 6 months later, no appointment given. Send email again. They responded and told me that they would get back to me. Almost a year now, the problem identified at installed is still there. Meanwhile, I also discovered that they did not properly caulked a window. And one of the window cranks isn't working. Not impressed with the after sales service. One more note, please do not take the suggestion of the sales person on the types of windows. Know what you want and stick to it. We took our sales person's suggestions and are regretting it as they are harder to clean.
