    Window Replacement

    Recently, we decided to replace all of our windows and our sliding patio door, and are very pleased with the result provided by the Brock team. Sales representatives were very professional. The installers arrived on time. Very pleased with the product and the installation. They took great care to make the installation look perfect. The only negative is that the clean up might have been a bit more thorough, but we would recommend Brock to others who are in the market for new windows.

    Supply and Installation of three Storm Doors to my home

    The guy that came for the quote was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were punctual and clean. Great service from beginning to end. Will use them in the future! Best customer service and great quality craftsmanship. I am impressed with how amazing my storm doors look! Brock Windows and Doors certainly went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend them.

    Awesome Service

    Brock Windows came out quickly and provided a quote on the spot. I cannot express my satisfaction more with the job that was completed. I had two windows replaced - in my kitchen and living room. They arrived earlier than stated and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. My windows look great, it is such an improvement. Replacing windows is so worth the money. If you are thinking of replacing your windows, contact Brock Windows & Doors, you won't be disappointed.

    Window replacement

    This is an edit to my original review. After 11 months I have some concerns with my new window but I can’t get anyone from Brock Windows & Doors to call me to discuss. So far after install customer service is terrible!

    Replaced Front and Patio Door

    We went to the viewing site in Whitby to get a jist of what doors we needed, The people at the site were very helpful and understood what we were looking for. We booked the install right there. When the doors came, they looked GREAT!. The people installing the doors were very helpful, courteous and professional. They knew just what to do and got it done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the install, the look of the doors and professionalism of the Father and son installing them. If ever I needed more windows and doors, I would not hesitate in going to Brook Windows and Doors

    Full home windows, patio door, and bay window replacement

    From quote to completion, excellent customer service. Took less than two days to complete a three day job of 15 windows, a patio door, one large bay window. Chase and Cody were nothing but kind, clean, on time and exhibited quality workmanship. 10/10 would recommend. Agarwal Family - Scarborough, Ontario.

    Amazing People, awesome products

    We recently had Brock Doors and Windows install new windows for our whole house. After getting multiple quotes, Brock's Prices could not be beat and each member of the Brock team (from sales, measurement and installers) were so friendly and knowledgeable. They accommodated my crazy family (two babies and a dog) and were super respectful. Since the installation our house temperature has been incredible- we haven't had to touch our thermostat once during this crazy Ontario fall weather. I would reccomend them to everyone

    Replacement of all windows in home

    I really wish I could give a higher rating but sadly the job was not 100%. When installers came, they informed me that 5 out of 6 screens were white when they should have been in espresso. OK, Brock did respond quickly and a few weeks later a rep showed up with new screens in the correct color but the problem is the quality is not the same as the white version. They are mitered corners and if not done perfectly look rough. I would have preferred the quality of the white screens (rounded plastic corners that have a better finish but maybe they don't make those. Given the steep markup to have interior in espresso, one would expect better quality that we got). On install day, the job seemed rushed and it was good I was there or the front windows would have been installed in reverse from what had been planned. The removal of old windows involved the use of a sabre saw to 'clean' the drywall around the opening and I think the installer went way too quickly with it causing tear-out of some of the dry wall that shows even though massive trim pieces are used to finish the interior - nothing big but annoying that I now need repair it and get matching paint in order to remedy problem. One of the trim 'eyebrows' on the inside came unfinished while the other had primer applied. The wood frames did come primed but the wood around one window was badly scuffed and marked with some blue marks that the installer attributed to strapping that is used to bundle the wood. Northstar could have taken a bit more time and effort to select better pieces of wood. The white vinyl has, in some cases squeezed out from the corners of the espresso veneer when the windows were assembled so I had to request a bottle of paint to cover these areas. I suspect the paint is actually black and not espresso. Not sure I want to use it. Had the job at Northstar been done with a bit more attention to detail and better QA process, this should not be necessary. While these are minor issues and in the end, I do like the windows, I think that, for the price, there should have been more diligence. I did not barter on price and because of that believe I have every right to expect the best job possible and that just did not happen.

    Window and door instalment

    We had a very old window and an odd sized (small dimensions) door that needed replacing. The Brock representative helped us to decide the best solution and respected our budget. The instalment team was very efficient and courteous. The only hitch was that they couldn't replace the window frame because it was a size that they didn't offer. As a result, we needed to finish the framing ourselves. Overall, great and easy experience.
