    Black windows- main floor and upstairs

    This was my first experience getting new windows. I must say that from the sales rep, Adam, to the two installers, I would be glad to use Brock on any door/ window installation. They now have a customer for life.

    Main floor windows

    The Brock windows team has been impeccable from the minute I called to booked my quote. They did a outstanding job replacing two of my windows and I will be sure to call them when I replace the others. Their customer service was exceptional. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions.They arrived right on time to install my windows and ensured my house was spotless before they left. I would highly recommend them!

    Basement Bedroom and dining room

    Three brock windows replacement in my basement one bedroom and a dining room. Now my windows look good. The window installers were great approachable and friendly. They did a good job. I still have 3 windows to be change I will use brock windows to replace. Your customer services needs more training and improvement.

    Window replacement

    This is the third time using Brock for our window replacement. While we are satisfied with the windows installed, the crew who put them in did have to come back as the trim work was completely unacceptable and looked awful. They did come back and fixed the caulking and also fixed a crank that had broken within a couple of days of use. We have always been pleased with Brock, and would consider using them again, but only if we had different installers. The installer who did our first set of windows did a fantastic job. The salesman for this job was lovely as well. Also to note, we have a crank that needs repair and it is next to impossible to get ahold of their 'service after a year' department. After numerous calls and messages left on the answering machine as well as with the operator, no one has called us back.

    Excellent customer service

    OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL and great price too. Thank you for all of the impressive work and look forward to our next order. Now we can enjoy our front doors and not have a snow drift build up inside our house nor be able to fly a kite cause of the draft. Happy campers …...

    Brock windows for livingroom

    Excellent windows with quick delivery. The service received was fantastic. My wife and I were very impressed with every stage of work from ordering, delivery and installation. A great product and a fantastic team!

    Back Door and Stormer Replacement

    Excellent professional workmanship. Would use Brock again and recommend to anyone. Scheduling was done as soon as possible and completed in a timely manner. Installer was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

    Windows Replaced

    Highly recommended....we had three windows and frames replaced by Brock Windows. They look great, the work was completed quickly and professionally and the installation crew were very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Brock Windows!
