    New Basement Windows

    From the first call to set up a free quote to the day of installation, the service with Brock was excellent. There was follow up at every stage, which made me feel like they cared that I was happy. The window quality is excellent and the installation was smooth and on time. I would highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    New Patio Door and Awning Window

    From the salesperson, to the measuring appointment, to the installation, everything was fantastic. I was most impressed with the efficient installers who took 3 hours to install a new patio door (requiring some demo as well) and the window. Clean up was excellent. I've never seen a truck that was better equipped for the job which also helped with their efficiency. After installation, I took all the stickers off the windows and threw them out without realizing I needed them for the warranty. A quick call to Brock's customer service and within minutes I had the codes I needed to complete the warranty online. I will definitely use this company again for any future needs.

    Windows

    Good work. These installation guys know what they are doing. The windows look terrific too. Constant follow up by Brock to make sure I was satisfied. Would certainly recommend Brock.

    Upper level bedrooms installed

    So pleased and happy with Brock Windows. The staff from the sales staff to the installers were professional and knowledgeable and friendly. We visited the showroom twice as salesman wanted to explain the different types of windows and their mechanisms thoroughly. We had two home visits first to measure and secondly to confirm. At no time was their any pressure or sales pitch. The two installers were impressive they worked diligently cleaned up and treated our home respectfully. They finished up with lovely trim and molding around the frames. I would not hesitate to us them in the future. Love my new windows.

    Front Doors, Patio Doors, Fire Doors

    I called Brock based on a neighbour's recommendation, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. From the sales process (Bill comes to your home), to selecting finishes at the showroom - total transparency and honest feedback about what choices to make. On the day of - wow - Stefano and his crew worked tirelessly to get all five doors in. And they left the place spotless! And the product is great quality. Would highly recommend, and will be back to get the windows done at some point.

    Windows and doors

    I am currently having an issue with a door that has already been replaced a second time. My repeated phone calls and emails are largely ignored. Customer relations is non-existent and it's been going on for months. The window replacements are satisfactory but I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They have caused me nothing but stress and grief.

    Window Replacement for entire house

    We decided to have the first half of our windows replaced in 2017, along with new entrance doors and garage door and we were so pleased so we decided to replace the remaining windows this year (2019). We could not be more pleased and happy with the service and attention we received. They came in on time, cleaned up before leaving and made sure we were satisfied with the job. We would recommend Brock anytime.

    Wonderful Windows

    My husband was extremely pleased and happy when he saw our windows. They look absolutely beautiful and really well installed. Our installers, Stefan and Jay completed our job (weather permitting) in three days with such ease and precision. Thank you Stefan and Jay for being punctual every day, doing such excellent and skillful work on the installation of our windows and doors; thoroughly cleaning up each day; making sure all of the windows and doors were working properly, and for patiently explaining to me how to operate our new windows and doors properly. Thank you Arthur for taking the time to understand what we wanted and guiding us to the choices that were best for us. Thank you BROCK DOORS & WINDOWS!

    windows & patio door

    The installers were on time and did an excellent job. Covered all affected flooring, cleaned up debris as necessary and were very respectful of home. Explained what would be taking place, answered questions readily and pointed out any pertinent information the homeowner needed to be aware of. At the end of job, did a walk through and make sure homeowner knew the proper way to operate the opening and closing of windows and doors.

    Patio door install - Great Install

    Just had a second install done by Brock . Last year they replaced a couple of windows and now I needed a new patio door . No hesitation using this company for a second time . Consistently great customer service right from the first phone call to the completion of the install Their pricing is more than fair the workers very responsible and tidy and they showed up when they said that they would be there No hesitation in recommending this company . Will use them again for all future patio door or window needs
