    New windows

    I had 3 windows replaced. The 2 guys were on time and they very worked well together. They were very helpful when I asked questions. No mess left behind at the end. (OK, dust on my dresser but the floors were cleaned up). I would definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows in Whitby.

    Window replacement

    Brian from Brock was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing our new windows. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with Chris, our installer who proved to be very professional and worked with a minimum of disruption or mess. I love my new windows and a big thank-you to Brock Doors and Windows and NorthStar Windows. Even the warranty registration was easy to do!

    New Window

    We are so happy with our new window!! Amazing work and it was finished and all cleaned up in under an hour and a half. The crew that came were polite, prompt and professional. I have nothing but good things to say!

    window replacement

    The installers, their customer service and employees at the Innisfil location are amazing people to work with. Peter, Step, Jen, Darryl, Steve and Born give 110% to their job! They spare no expense to make their customers happy. I would highly recommend Brock Windows for any job and will contact them again the next time I need replacement windows. Gayle

    window and door replacement

    We replaced windows and doors. The installers, Stefan, Ben and Pavel were great....respectful, professional and helpful. They even helped us install 2 new curtain rods over the new window frames....they were a great crew, respectful of our belongings and cleaned up well and we felt comfortable with them in our home.

    Lovely Windows

    We had our windows done through Brock and were very happy with the result. Our windows were the original ones from when the building was built in the 80's and were definitely due for a change. Price point was reasonable as we had all windows done in the house (8) including a large patio sliding door. Work was done quickly and well. Installers minimized mess where they could and cleaned up after themselves. Booking was quick and easy and was able to get everything done from the free estimate to installation in a short period of time. Would highly recommend!

    Excellent basement window replacement!

    Last year we had Brock Windows replace all the 1st and 2nd floor windows in our home. We were so happy with their work, that we had them back this year to do our basement windows. My wife and I were very impressed with their friendly and efficient installers. In no time at all, our basement windows were replaced, and they look fantastic! We have already noticed a difference in temperature and humidity. Thank you Brock!

    Excellent service and installation

    In the past, I have used 3 different window companies. One installed expensive windows with zero insulation and I spent 15 years freezing- I finally used Brock to replace these windows. The salesperson was professional and thorough, they assigned a project manager to my job who checked in and kept me up to date on when my install will happen. The installers were clean, professional and knowledgeable and showed me what they were doing. The company followed up with me twice. I'm very happy and will use Brock again.

    Side door replacement

    We recently had our wooden side door replaced with a metal one, and a new storm door as well. We found Brock’s prices competitive and the recommended products very high quality. The install was professionally done which was tricky due to the exterior stucco walls. Very happy with the finished product and cleanup for us equalled zero. There was one minor hardware colour mismatch which was corrected immediately. They delivered everything they promised and we highly recommend them. Now that things went well we are now in the process of having them do the front door as well.

    Windows replaced in fall and patio door following summer

    We were very pleased with the quality of the windows and workmanship. They left everything tidy. We had them come back and replace our old patio door. Steve, the gentleman who went over everything with us was great. He was very knowledgeable about their product. It’s hard to get quality work done these days and we were impressed!
