    Kitchen and bedroom replacement windows

    Starting at the showroom we were greeted immediately, offered beverages and shown around the showroom. Beautiful assortment of windows to suit our needs! The salesperson who came to our home to measure and help us decide on what was best for us was knowledgeable and so very helpful. The gentleman who arranged the date and time for installation was most impressive. He answered my email during "off" hours within 1/2 hour!!! He was so accommodating and happily changed the work date to suit our schedule. He kept in touch throughout the process to ensure our needs were met. The installers were punctual and worked quickly leaving no mess behind upon completion. We already have recommended Brock to a friend and will continue to make recommendations. The triple panes are amazing. We can't believe how warm the bedrooms are now. Thank you Brock professionals! Chris and Dawn

    PATIO DOORS

    WE GOT NEW WINDOWS IN 2016, NOT HAPPY WITH "THE OTHER COMPANY WE CHECKED OUT OTHER COMPANIES AND BROCK AND DECIDED BROCK HAD THE BETTER, STRONGER, ATTRACTIVE PATIO DOORS TO ADD WARMTH AND VALUE TO OUR HOME. THE FIRST CREW WHO MEASURED WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS AND PROMISED TO QUICKLY SUBMIT OUR ORDER FOR INSTALLATION, AND THEY DID. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE DOORS AND NO LONGER HAVE ANY ICE BUILD-UP LIKE THE OLD DOORS THAT WE COULD NOT OPEN THEM IN CASE WE HAD AN EMERGENCY TO GET OUT!! WE THANK MANAGEMENT AND THEIR STAFF FOR THE GREAT JOB THEY DID ON OUR BEHALF.

    windows replacements

    Excellent job done by Brock' staff. From my salesman Mark, Steve, office coordinator to Riza and his crew. installation was a bit delayed but it was worth it. The staff were courteous. They returned my follow up call promptly. As soon as the installers arrived, they immediately set up my place, removed their shoes, laid down drop sheets all over, and begun doing their job. They finished the job on promised time, cleaned up the debris, and explained how to maintain the windows, as well as the warranty aspect. I am a repeat customer, and I will hire them again.

    Poor Customer service

    I had windows installed and they removed the privacy screen in my deck and refused to replace it without an additional $125 fee! Why it was removed is unclear as the window was unobstructed next to the deck. I would have no problem with the removal if only it were replaced upon completion of the job. For them to remove it then have me pay to replace it is just absurd! There is now a gaping hole in my deck wall which will accumulate excess snow over the winter months.

    Windows and Door replacement

    We had Brock replace a patio door, living room window and 4 bedroom windows in Sept 2017 and were so pleased that we had them back again in Dec 2018 to replace our front door and all remaining windows. Rob, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable taking the time to explain the options and making some useful suggestions. Brian made the arrangements and installation kept the appointments. The installation team did a great job making everything fit and the finishing work made the changes seamless. Samantha assisted with a small post installation concern and we are very pleased.

    Front door, screen and front window

    The experience was pleasant right from the start. The salesman was open, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was very fast and professional. Workers were friendly and courteous. Area was tidied up as much as possible. We love it and can’t wait to show it off.

    Window Replacement

    We contacted Brock Doors and Windows for a replacement window for our garage. Installers arrived on time and efficiently installed the window. All debris was cleaned up and old window taken away. The new window looks great! Very happy with it.

    Replaced 17 windows, patio door and a double front door

    Salesman was great to start with explaining and showing differences of what was available. Installation crew were excellent. Very clean while they worked and left the house just as clean as when they came into it. Salesman contacted me afterwards to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend!

    Brock Window and Doors Review

    Brock doors and windows were absolutely amazing ! We had all windows replaced the end result is stunning. All work was done beautifully our house looks brand new. The installation crew were extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The crew was very hardworking working and always cleaned up. Our sales person was very helpful he explained and answered all the questions. If you need to any work done I would recommend Brock doors and windows!

    Replace the 2 front doors

    Service was excellent. Brock Windows provided us with at least one month notice of install and stuck to that date. The installers were very timely and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the finished result. Our salesperson was excellent and followed up with us
