    Basement windows

    Brock Doors and Windows did a great job on my basement windows installation, all representatives were friendly and helpful during this process. Installers protected the floors and were very polite, made sure I was aware how sliders could be removed for cleaning.

    End of the Ice Age

    After a number of year of enduring a very cold family room during the winter we finally were able to start to address the issues, the major one being a 27 year old patio door which regularly had a 2 - 3cm ice build up on the inside through winter. Chris, the sales rep, had us convinced in very little time that we would find a huge difference and that the door would virtually pay for itself in offset heating costs. Once ordered the installation was booked and proceeded without a hitch. The team did an excellent job removing and replacing the patio door . It was done quickly and efficiently, with everything removed and cleaned up we are extremely happy with the end result. The only down side is our other patio door, which we though was in pretty good shape now needs to be replaced when we compare the two!

    A new view

    We just love our new doors and windows the workmanship and quality is amazing. Despite the delay in installation we highly recommend brock doors and windows. The workers that came in were professional and cleaned up the mess left behind a project like this.

    Exterior doors with glass inserts

    We had 2 exterior steel doors (1 full lite glass insert and 1 half glass insert) and 1 storm door installed on our 90 year old house. Other door companies told us that our antique moldings would get damaged upon removal of the old doors, but Brock didn't damage the moldings at all. They did damage some of the new stucco work and there were 3 delays, hence why I didn't rate them 10 stars. However, the doors look great and we are very happy with the installation. Attached picture shows before and after.

    New front door with 3/4 glass and sidelight

    Visited several showrooms to look at exterior doors and liked the quality and style of Brock "Cosmo". We placed the order when the salesman came to our house 0n 19 July 2018. Measurements were done and door was to be ready in 8 weeks which fit with our renovation timetable. Did not hear from Brock so I called to inquire on 22 October and was offered installation on 31 October. Two hours after the installation appointment time, Lisa called to say that the installer had "safety concerns due to the inclement weather" (it was drizzling slightly but they did not know if our door had outside exposure or was inside a porch). Installation re-booked for 9 November. On 8 November Lisa phoned to cancel the next day's installation "because it is going to rain and snow tomorrow". 3rd installation appointment booked for 15 November. Mark phoned on the 15th to say the installer had "vehicle problems" and he would have to re-schedule. I said, NO! Mark claimed to have no knowledge that this was the 3rd cancellation. He re-scheduled for 17 November which necessitated my husband having to stay home from an out-of-town family event. The door was installed on the 4th appointment - except for the caulking around the outside of the door because the wrong colour caulking was sent with the installer. We withheld $500, and were assured that the correct blue caulking has been ordered and "shouldn't take too long to to arrive and then we'll get someone out to finish the job". Still waiting 7 weeks later. The door is beautiful but the dreadful customer service means I would never use Brock again.

    Window replacement

    We had three windows replaced. All aspects dealing with Brock from the sales person, appointment operator to the installation technicians were very good and pleasant to deal with. It was also nice to get an appointment for install on a Saturday.

    Fair and Professional

    Brock Windows replaced all the windows and one sliding glass doors in our home, and we are extremely pleased with the product and with the service we received - from the sales team, to the estimator, to the installers. They were fair and professional. The installation process was efficient and before the installers left, they cleaned up what mess was made. The windows look and operate beautifully. We had a couple of minor issues - one window was binding and the weather strip flashing on one window had to be replaced, but these issues were dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. I would recommend Brock Windows wholeheartedly.

    7 Windows Replaced

    Replaced 3 large bay windows and 4 others using Brock. Reasonable quality product and overall a well done installation... a bit messy in the end which required some cleaning (to be expected). Excellent sales and installation service; however, this project became quite a logistical challenge to complete. After some rescheduling, our initial installation was July 12, 2018 (workday). At this time we noticed the vinyl siding installed was quite different from what was ordered. Our work order reflected different information from the installers. Windows were installed and agreed with installer to leave without vinyl siding until they could return with another colour. After two weeks of voicemails and emails, we heard back and received word installation would finish Aug 24, however the installer did not have access to the coloured siding. The siding was ordered by Brock and we rescheduled to Sept 11. After preparing to be home Sep 11, it was bumped to Sept 12, and that afternoon was postponed again to Sep 19. Communication is very important and I suspect this situation is an anomaly. Outside of the back and fourth with scheduling, we are happy with the product and install.

    Front door with sidelights and storm door

    From beginning to end I was extremely pleased with Brock. Justin was very accommodating and professional during the sales transaction and scheduling. Brian arranged the installation and Dave and Leo were excellent at installing the doors. Our house looks beautiful now, with a bright new look in our foyer.

    Window installation

    Had Brock install windows into our house in late 2018 - great experience. Everyone was very helpful from the salesperson right through to the installers and the office staff. Definitely recommend.
