Wow, it looks like I am not the only one having issues with Brock. I originally ordered a new entry door and screen door back in April. My neighbor had used Brock and at the time, the online reviews were pretty solid. I was totally aware that there would be a lengthy wait time. They called to say the main door had arrived, I paid another installment and was provided with an installation date. I was happy. They called back saying my door had missed the truck, so another date was arranged. Not great, as I am going away for 3 weeks but still workable. A day later they called to say my screen door, which comes from a different manufacturer had been lost and it was nowhere to be found in the warehouse....so a new one has to be ordered which will take another 5 weeks. This, now, totally screws things up. I expressed my concern to the sales rep who sold me the product and he hasn't even had the decency to reply to me. What a lack of professionalism. They already have half my money but I have nothing to show for it. How can I even consider recommending Brock to anyone else? Now I am starting to get concerned that my installation might never happen and I am out my money. Brock, if you are reading this, I live at L1J 6H7 Oshawa.
