    new windows

    Great customer service, from first at home sales meeting, right through installation. very completive pricing, above average product. The Workers were personable and respectful of my home, cleaned up inside and out after job. had ten windows installed and all ten work like a charm , ascetically pleasing..Thank you Scott for the suggestions! would certainly recommend Brock windows and doors.

    Patio Door

    The work done by Brock Windows and Doors was exceptional. All communications done prior to the installation were clear and precise. On installation day, the crew set up and ensured that the work area was prepared with a drop cloth. The work area was cleaned during and after the installation. We are very happy with our new patio door and would highly recommend Brock Windows and Doors to any future customers considering replacing their patio door. The integrated blinds are fantastic and we are definitely enjoying the upgrade.

    Amazing service and product from beginning to end

    My first impression of Brock & Northstar windows started with my online research - A lot good reviews and satisfied customers. Then I visited Brock Show Room and made my decision right away for my whole house windows replacement project. I'm now be part of this happy family. Brock sale man was pleasant and professional. Installation Team worked very hard, on time and polite. After sale follow-up was wonderful too. Best services and Warranty. I highly recommend Brock & Northstar windows for future customer like me.     Replaced old windows

    Brock windows were fantastic! Super friendly staff that makes sure everything is perfect. The team was prompt and professional and did an amazing job! I would definitely use Brock windows in the future.

    Windows replacement 5

    Excellent experience

    Great experience dealing with my sales rep Peter Daryl did a good job of measuring and the install crew treated my home with respect. Good people to deal with and very price aggressive. Plus I got a quality Northstar window.

    Replacing Home Windows

    Overall, we are very pleased with the actual windows that we had installed. We received great recommendations with regards to the style and window opening we should consider for each window. Our biggest issue was with the installation team. They did not clean up after the job (we were pulling pieces of debris out from under the bed, dresser, baseboards, they left spray foam on some of the new window handles, and one of our cupboards in the kitchen, and left spray foam insulation on our shingled roof) and in their haste to finish the job, they caulked the upper front window and then the spray foam insulation came through the caulking. It was wiped off (which made the issue worse), and ultimately resulted in Brock having to come back and replace the flashing around our window (as it was stained from the spray foam). I am happy that our issues were finally taken care of, even though it took nearly 2 months to get to that point. Ernie (who came to clean-up the installation team's mess) was amazing!

    Great service

    The sales rep and techs were amazing. Very prompt with all communication. The techs were very professional and friendly. They worked very efficiently and clean. Everything was left spotless. Would highly recommend

    New Bay window

    Window Installation

    We had a total of 10 windows replaced by Brock Doors and Windows Ltd. After meeting with a few other companies, we met with Philip who was a very knowledgeable sales rep and provided us with very insightful information in terms of what windows would work best for our home. He made a few key suggestions such as having one larger window with transom versus the 3 windows we had so that more sunlight would come in. The windows arrived within the estimated time frame and installation was performed within a 2-day period. I even received a call from their head office after day 1 of the install, asking me if I had any questions or concerns. The only issues that we encountered were with the old outside caulking that was not properly removed from the brick. I notified Philip of this issue and he promptly came by the house to inspect for himself. He quickly notified customer service and within days the installers came back to clean up the old caulking. I therefore highly recommend this company as they acted very professional and wanted to ensure high customer satisfaction. Special thank you to our sales rep Philip for going above and beyond.
