Thanks for the positive review! We certainly did feel bad that there was heavy rains being forecast and thus the possibility of some water damage to the basement. An excellent way to avoid getting so much debris caught in the eaves is to consider Gutter Filter, which in our opinion, is the best eavestrough protection system currently on the market for the money.

Considering the consistent long list of very high ratings, one must wonder what could have possibly happened in this case. Note that there was no call to us about this in order to even provide an opportunity to rectify the problem. In any case, the fact is that we clean up to the best degree possible. In some cases, because the eavestroughs have been neglected for so long, so much debris has to be removed that it is pretty much impossible to clean them without some debris landing on ground level. This is especially true when the debris consist of liquid mud. While we do try to clean up the debris on the ground, any reasonable person would understand that sometimes it is impossible to clean up such a type of debris perfectly. To avoid such problems, simply do not allow such long periods of time to pass before requesting eavestroughs to be cleaned and therefore reduce the excess amount of muddy debris that can accumulate. When house maintenance is neglected, who's fault is it if some muddy debris can not be completely removed from the ground? Rest assured that we did the best we could under the circumstances. The rest will obviously just wash away in the rain.
