We just spoke about the window cleaning work. I asked how the cleaning went and the comment was "very good". I found this odd, considering only a 3-star review was posted about the work. When I asked if anything was missed or could have been improved upon, the answer was, "all was good". I guess some consider 3 stars as "very good, with nothing to be improved on". Oh, well.
