Thank you for the review. I hope the following details will clarify why early or late arrivals are so common for appointments. Please note that it is unfortunately impossible to 100% accurately predict arrival times for several reasons. For example, an actual cleaning could take more or less time than anticipated. In your case, there are vines to trim and the amount of growth changes from year to year and thus there is no way to accurately know how much time to schedule. Excessive trimming will result in a delay for the next appointment. Some clients request extra work to be done when we are onsite which again delays the arrival for subsequent jobs. Traffic and weather play a role as well. Sometimes our arrival times are much earlier than expected for the reasons beyond our control. I do see that a few calls were made to keep you posted about the delay at your property. Later appointments are always the ones impacted the most. I do hope you understand that we always do our best. Glad you noticed the "ladder guards". These are special pads that protect the eavestroughs / gutters from being scratched or dented by ladders. We also use standoffs to accomplish the same things.
