    Raccoon/babies removal

    We had such a positive experience! After weeks of raccoons in our walls we were desperate to remove them but stressed about using a company that might not be reputable. After reading many positive reviews we booked a consultation with AAA. They came on time, were very friendly, professional and let my kids see the babies before they created a safe warm box for the mom to come and rescue them later in the day. The company even gave my boys little stuffed raccoons afterwards (which they loved!) thank you again for the great service! Highly recommend!

    Squirrel removal

    We had a mother squirrel and her babies chew through vent in our roof Mother left babies in our attic Nick from gateway was amazing Explaining each step and he solved the problem very efficiently

    Squirrel Removal

    Due to an invasion of squirrels to the inside of my house, I had two visits from Nick. Firstly, to remove them, and secondly, to check my attic to make sure there were no animals left inside the house. The customer service I received from Nick was excellent. He responded to my request quickly and efficiently in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company anytime.

    Animal noises on the rooftop over our bedroom

    Last Saturday evening we heard animal noises running around on the rooftop over our bedroom. Sunday morning called Gates' Wildlife Control on Sunday morning to schedule an appointment. Greeted by a very friendly person on the other end of the phone and had a technician show up this Friday morning. The technician - Nick was very courteous and represented the company well. He did a complete walk around and inspection and did not find any points of entry into the roof attic. What a relief. They did provide us with an estimate to animal proof the roof which we are reviewing. Great experience working with Nick and the others at Gates Wildlife Control. I would definitely recommend them highly.

    Getting rid of my furry tenant

    Last Thursday I noticed critter(s) had ripped open a roof vent, got into my attic & the rumbling was keeping me up at night. I called Gates on Friday, but with all the COVID restrictions, I didn't know if anyone would answer the phone. When an agent came on line, I was so grateful! She set up an appointment for Monday. Monday morning, Blake came over. He was fully masked & very respectful of the 2m rule (Thank you, Blake!). He went up to the attic and good news, he found only one lone raccoon sleeping soundly in one corner; NO BABIES (saved me some money!). Blake installed a 1 way trap on the damaged roof vent & reinforced all other vents. Today (Wednesday) Blake came back, officially declared the furry tenant had vacated my home! He removed the 1 way trap, reinstalled & reinforced the roof vent. Job completed, well done and THANK YOU!

    Squirrels in my eves

    So, I called last week, and Gates gave me a very decent appt time. They showed up about 15 minutes early. Did a complete and meticulous job. They were extremely pleasant and professional. I highly reccomend this company. Thank you for your great service

    Pest removal

    I have a critter living in the rafters of may garage-Called AAA Gates as they had done work for me back in 2006. Kieran arrived ahead of scheduled appointment and was very courteous and professional maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask. He inspected the roofline and garage area and concluded that we had a red squirrel(s) living there. He sealed the roof areas and set a one way trap on roof. Back today to check and will re check next week to ensure they are gone. Very pleased so far-stay tuned!

    Professional during COVID-19

    Last summer, we hired someone who came, installed a trap door and said they would be back to remove and repair. They never did this. A new opening was made by a raccoon. When Gates Wildlife Control arrived, the gentleman was professional and considerate of the current COVID-19 pandemic. He stayed at least 6 feet away from our door, and clearly communicated with us by either texting information he couldn't show us in person, and all transactions were completed at a distance. He was very knowledgeable and performed work above the quality of the person who did the same last year. He not only addressed the current issue, but also corrected the work from the other person. He will be returning in 2 days to remove the covers and one-way door, and fix the openings. So far, so good!

    Service

    Mr Gates... My name is Charles Doering. I worked at CFRB for nearly 40 years. I'm 93 now. So I listen to CFRB. That's where I heard your ad. When the Raccoons entered my house I called you. Jennifer was very polite and professional. And she found me a cancellation saving me three days of nightly torment from those damn critters. So along came Chris and Ty. He did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me and put up with the many questions I threw at him. Then he did a proper job of rectifying my situation. I say proper because when I had critters two years ago they botched it badly and ripped me off to the tune of almost a thousand dollars. So once again Mr Gates I want to congratulate you for running a fine company and give a special shout out to the friendly courteous and competent job done by Chris Sincerely Charles Doering

    Squirrel removal

    Another company provided very expensive guaranteed service in 2019, however when similar problems resurfaced, I did not get a call back. I needed to look for another company to resolve the squirrel issue. Nick Parkin, Technician, from AAA Gates Wildlife Control came In to take a look. He took photos of the work done by the other company. Nick identified the sloppy workmanship and inferior materials used. He said the company who installed the one way door on the roof should have come back to check that the squirrels were gone, remove the one way door and seal off the area, which was the reason the squirrels got back in. Nick installed new steel cages over the roof vents, a one way door and put cages over other vents which could pose future problems, came back the next day to check, then removed the one way door and sealed off the area. He kept in touch by email and sent further follow up photos with details. AAA Wildlife have been in business for 35 years and are registered with the BBB with an A+ rating. I am so very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them highly.
