    Raccoon Relocation

    From inside my soffits to back into the wild! I'm sure these little fellas are much happier now. In addition to removing the raccoons (5 babies and the mama) all access points were repaired and sealed up; the entire roof was examined and additional work was done to ensure no additional vulnerabilities. Work was booked and completed very fast, and very well. Professional, knowledgeable, and a caring hand for our former residents. Trust them to humanely remove pests from your home.

    Raccoon removal

    The service was worth every single penny and I have already recommended the service to friends. He was on time, clean, professional in every way, explained everything he was doing ... and I love that the service was 100% humane.

    Wildlife control in roof of home

    Thank you for fantastic service that took care of our raccoon roof problems in a decent and caring manner. They discovered an additional problem created by the roofing company and guided us to resolve it quickly. Their service was prompt, professional, with attention to detail. They also followed-up to make sure the problem was resolved - courteous and comforting and highly efficient. Highly recommend AAO Gates Wildlife Control. They know their business.

    Squirrels coming into the house

    Set up a cage with a 1 way door to ensure the squirrels got out, but not back in. Filled all the holes where they could potentially get in, and deorderized the area. Very professional, quality of work was amazing. A little costly and paid more than I was hoping for, but I guess you get what you pay for.

    Squirrel Issue

    In March, we detected intermittent scratching in our garage ceiling. Gates Wildlife responded promptly, with Chris determining that a squirrel was beginning to prepare a nest. He installed a one-way hatch and came back several days later to remove the hatch and seal up the spot where the squirrel was getting in. Chris assured us that we had called in time as there were as yet no signs of babies. He was thorough, polite, and patient in answering our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gates Wildlife Control.

    Bye Bye Squirrels

    I heard animal footsteps in my attic. Gates Wildlife came the following week and I was very happy with the experience. The technician Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He confirmed squirrels had gotten into the attic, had a nest but were now gone. He sealed up their entry point and came by the following week for a follow-up. Only reason I did not give 10 out of 10 was that they over-scheduled their appointments the day of the visit and ended up showing up an hour late without letting me know. The technician was apologetic and I wasn't inconvenienced so it didn't take away from my appreciation of the good job they did.

    Squirrel removal

    I was happy with my decision to have gone with this company to address my problem with squirrels in the attic. It was Justin who came and was very professional and courteous and easy to talk to. He addressed all the concerns before, during, and even after the work has been done. I also think he went above and beyond on the service he provided. This happened in December 2016 so I don't remember the full details, but I know he had to come back more than once on my request to check on the status of my problem as I reported still hearing critter noises in the attic. If you're doing your research and plan to get 2-3 quotes before making the move, you might find that this company isn't the cheapest, so just make sure you compare apples to apples in terms of the offerings and guarantees.

    Removal of raccoons from attic.

    We had a raccoon in our lower roof, evident by damage to the soffit. Brad and Cassandra arrived on time and provided a written estimate for the necessary work within 15 minutes. They secured all of the roof vents to prevent any further animal entry and made up a one way only exit for a very tight space. Upon return two days later Cassandra removed four baby raccoons and left them in a heated box on the roof while Brad repaired all the damage to the soffit. That night the mother raccoon took the babies out of the box. We were completely satisfied with the humane removal of mother raccoon and her babies. Brad and Cassandra know there stuff and operate in a very professional manner. We highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control!

    Racoon Removal

    Gates' was quick to respond and to send out a tech to evaluate the situation. Despite the inclement weather he got up on the roof to assess things, and installed a one-way door over the damaged are. 3 Months later and (knock on wood) we are still critter free.

    Wildlife removal

    They were very professional, informative and kind. They came, assess the situation, told us all of our options. They told what was happening step by step. It was an educational experience, learn the habits of the raccoon and saw the six babies that what up there. They sealed the access point and secure any potential new access points, to ensure no further intrusion. It was a humane removal of the baby raccoons, placing them in a heated box, so the mother can take them to their "new den"! Thank you!
