    Window Washing, painting, cleaning for our Condo

    For over the past few years, A Glass Act has done many services pertaining to our Condo, and all have been done in a very good manner and I would highly recommend this company to other.

    Moss removal on roof, gutter cleaning and gutter cover installation and window cleaning

    Very good company to deal with. Communication was done primarily through email and worked well. The online estimate provided via email was almost exactly what was charged. There were a couple of additions to the work required which increased the cost. The staff were punctual, polite and efficient. The work was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company.

    Gutter Cleaning

    Moved into this house last year and found the upkeep by previous owners a bit lacking. Gutters were dirty, clogged and water overflowed. I selected A Glass Act based on Homestars reviews (I found 3 other professionals here and I haven't been wrong with any of them) and Kirby contacted me, requested a few photos of the gutters, and then provided quotes and options. The job was done soon after with attention to efficiency and tidiness. It rained the next day and I can see the water draining properly, probably for the first time in many years! The price is reasonable for the work and their professionalism is worth it. Definitely will consider them for other external cleaning jobs.

    Window washing

    The representative from A Glass Act was on time and ready to work when he said he would be there, which is very important to me. He was very meticulous while he was working his way throughout the condo. He made sure that he cleaned all the sills inside and out and that the glass sparkled. You could tell that he was proud of his work. We were very impressed with the service and would certainly use A Glass Act again. Ken & Candy

    De-Moss Roof and Clean Gutters

    We learned about A Glass Act through Shell Busey's website and called for a free estimate. Kirby replied promptly, provided full disclosure and a competitive price. We decided to wait until the following year to get the job done and when we contacted Kirby again he quickly brought up our file and was able to arrange to have the work done in a short period of time. The guys that came to the house were pleasant to deal with, did a great job of cleaning the roof and left a minimum amount of residual mess around the perimeter. We were especially concerned about the any potential negative impact to our dog and garden plants and as discussed in advance with Kirby, there was none. The moss removal process was effective and safe and we would recommend it to our friends.

    Cleaned roof, gutters in and out, powerwashed brick driveway, walkway, patio, deck and railing. Also cleaned windows in and out.

    This is the first time that we used A Glass Act for all of these services and we were very pleased with the work that was done. The job was done efficiently and very thoroughly. The staff is very friendly and aims to please. We would have no problem recommending this company to anyone who asked. We will be sure to hire them again as needed.

    roof and gutter cleaning

    They were the ONLY company truly willing to clean my residential roof. Reliable, price and service excellent, but they were unable to reach/clean my entire roof. I would have paid to rent a lift to ensure a thorough job. What they did they did well but frustrated now need to re-do work I paid for because they lacked equipment and clairity/solution aroiund that need.

    power washing & window washing

    Thanks for a great job on my windows, deck, patio, and glass sunroof. I am selling my house and wanted everything to shine ...and it does! Excellent service and workmanship. I will recommend A Glass Act for sure!

    gutter cleaning, window cleaning and power washing

    The fellows at A Glass Act did a fabulous job of cleaning the outside of our windows, cleaning our gutters and power washing our driveway and patio area. The service isn't cheap but you do get what you pay for. I've previously hired others at a lower cost but not been satisfied with the job they did. The guys also went up on my roof to remove some dead moss. Believe me, I was glad to know they were registered with WorkSafe BC. I know, because I checked them out. It's amazing how many of the service providers who do this kind of work aren't in compliance with the law but no worries on this front with A Glass Act.

    Window Cleaning

    Been using A Glass Act for several years, always pleased with the results. Our house has many floor to ceiling windows and glass doors as well as sky lights, a glass roof over much of our terrace, in short numerous surfaces to be cleaned. Glass Act's expert and friendly service personel always leave our glass house sparkling. .
